EasyBand Lite

My first review of EasyBand Lite was very negative as I just couldn't figure out how to make it work on my Samsung Galaxy S7. (Turns out you need to press and hold the back button until the file menu opens.) Now that I've given it a second look, and a lot of experimentation, I'm much more impressed. It does what it says, though sometimes there seems to be a bit of lag, but generally is working fine. That said, I think adding a robust help feature with a troubleshooting section would have made for a much better initial experience. I'd give it a higher rating if you could at least save a few songs without having to upgrade to the paid version.

I purchased the full version but it has no menu so I figured I'd try the lite version and see if the problem was there also. I can't even open this one. Goes to demo songs and when I choose one it crashes

Just learning how to use it. Seems like it will be useful for getting basic song ideas on the go.

Wrote a page of lyrics from the first chord sequence I built... Incredible song writing tool... Because you can build progressions you wouldn't normally use... You will find yourself playing and writing outside of your comfort zone. Very Helpful.

Begs for rates more often than I'd like... (read: every single time I open it)

cool app...but there is no rec button.

I can't play piano but now I know the correct chords and can bring more than just my voice to my arranger.

Inspiration

A very useful app for sketching songs.some sounds could be better like the guitars and i hope the paid version has the capability of recording vocals.you never know... a bit of tweeking and we could get a master recording from this tool lol now that would be something :)

This app does what it says and says what it does. It's a simple app that lets you put chords together with a tempo and accompaniment pattern of your choice. It's excellent for songwriting, I'm thinking about purchasing the app which lets you save your arrangements.

I just installed it. Then I wanted to use the app now. But where is the menu button? In the video, the phone has a physical menu button that's why he was able to create new track. But my phone doesn't have a physical menu button. How do I make new track? Please help~

good idea, nice realization (graphic, style, etc) but the app is probably toto heavy! I have dual core CPU, stock rom and fresh installation of the software: it is near impossible to use due to crap sound and noise and sound-lag...terrible... :(..

This is absolutely the best simple sequencer ive seen to date, and have used for android. close to 30 years guitar, keyboard and bass playing as well as near 30 years experience with pro audio. The sound quality is amazing. no glitches, no errors, no crashes, sleek and streamlined and doesnt insult my ears with horrendous unintelligible sounds of the rap or hip hop genre. sorry, but no love for that. this app is easily worth 4 times the asking price. my only complaints are that there is only a 4/4 time signature, a drum pattern editor would be awesome and no way to edit the styles. other than that, this is like cubase for android, cream of the crop. will be buying the pro version and hope to see some enhancing features in future releases. this is one of my top 3 favorite apps. no scamware, no annoying ads that just happen to jump where you need to place your fingers. 5 solid stars here

This app is a very nice accompaniment tool. It sounds good and is easy to use yet still feature rich. The light version is a great way to try out the app before buying. Works great on my Xoom and Atrix.

This was fairly impressive application, when I first downloaded this about a month ago on an older phone, running on Gingerbread. Now I downloaded it onto my higher spec Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman, using a recent Ice Cream Sandwich update, and the sound is all choppy, rendering it unusable. I hope the developer can rectify this problem asap.

This app is nice. But Has some major issue it gets crashed before opening itself. wat all i composed beginning everything gone waste. i don't hope to go for full version. Pls fix it and get 5star

I have an S5 and there is no menue button, so how should i create a new project?
