I cannot find a serial number that works . Keeps saying invalid

Unfair I bought the RX and that isn't good enough. I need to buy 2 blenders one useless to use the app. Poorly considered!!!

Does not do anything the infomercial stated. I cant get started if the app is broken!

Need a serial number to register we have 2 nutribullets and neither serial number works... sort it out!

Why do I need to put a serial number in from a nutri bullet lean when I already have a nutri bullet machine , when all I want is some more recipes to use my machine to it's fullest

This app doesn't work I was able to enter my serial number and a frozen page that's it the app is garbage . The android version sucks .I'm uninstalling it

Frozen screen can not proceed past where it says stuff about answering 7 questions. Like to use.

This is specifically for the NutriBullet Lean package. Love the idea of being able to get the meals planned ahead of time.

Login & serial number worked fine for me. Easy to use so far.

I have an account that should be enough. I just want decent recipes. I have a NuriBullet but every time I enter the serial number it says it's invalid. And since the other NutriBullet NutriLiving app has issues I was really hoping this one would work as a replacement. But no. Don't make another app without fixing the bugs.

After finally finding the Serial number it was looking for, I was finally able to get in. This app would be pretty decent if it didnt make me choose the small list of recipes for my meals everyday of the week. There is no way I am doing a smoothie for breakfast AND lunch everyday but those are your choices. Dinner selection is only the ones from the book and you cant get around it. We should be able to just choose recipes we want to make for the week and get a shopping list from it. Its unfortunate that so much could be done with this app but it's just too limited.

I purchased a nutribullet for christmas and went to sign in to the app and it will not recognize the serial number. This is just dumb that you have to sign into an account on this app and enter a serial number. Maybe they should have some sort of a different access code on the flyer for the app in the box.

Can't even log in! I tried two times and it tells me I need to enter a valid email address. It is valid! Sad you don't follow up on a supportive app for your expensive product!

At what point does all the 1 stars get your attention. Everyone on here own a nutribullet. So i have to purchase another one just to access the app. Not a good look for you guys.

The screen is frozen after I enter the serial number and I'm not able to use the app. Please fix this as having the app is part of the reason I bought the system. I can use the app on a tablet. But the screen is to big to reach the information to proceed to the next screen on the phone.

*Update* I am a bit disappointed about how limited the app is. I should be able to go back and adjust my past weight, if incorrect. I also should be able to see all of my weights, by day. It's a bit too basic. Also, why give the option to email Customer Service? They don't seem able to answer any questions - even "easy" ones. They just tell you to call the 800#. I expect more when I purchased this specific model for the "extras". *As far as what the app does do (not much), it works better than a lot of the reviews. I think people are missing the fact that you have to buy the NutriBullet Lean model, specifically, to use it.

Doesn't work. Although I was able to every serial number age create user name, etc., the screen is frozen. I've uninstalled and installed and still no luck. I'm very disappointed. I bought the machine expecting to be able to use the app also.

Just minor buxes fixed .. but what bout the BIG ONES ? Well my serial number didnt work , BUT WHAT WILL WORK RIGHT AWAY IS THE TAB TO BUY ONE , that one works great and fast ( Wonder what whould it be !! ) Before creating a new application please make sure it works guys . I will rate it higher once my serial number works and the application as well . I will uninstall and check maibe once a month to see if it works , no need to have an application that doesnt work in my phone .

I got my account set up, serial number and everything. It goes to the "a few short questions" page and will not scroll, move, or offer me any way of entering my info or passing that screen. Absolutely useless if i can't even access the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice. I'm uninstalling this until you fix it.

Screen froze on the welcome page right after I entered the serial number. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. No success, same problem. NOT HELPFUL NUTRIBULLET!

Registered serial number ok but screen freezes at answer a few questions, making it worthless. I bought the LEAN for this app, disappointed it does not work.

I entered the serial number. Then the screen tells me welcome and I need to answer some questions, but the screen is frozen. So I can't even use the app. At least I can get full use of the Nutri Living app. I'm disappointed, and hope that you will fix this problem. It seems that a lot of users are commenting similar problems.

Says enter a valid serial number... And without a serial number there is no access to the app... Sad...

Cannot print my shopping list from the app. I will have to hand write it what a waste of time. Why have the app create it if it will not print from my phone. Disappointed.

This does not work and do not understand before this application on my other phone and now does not work on my other phone I changed the application but this junk is not worth synced

After creating account, it says answer a few basic information questions, but is frozen on that screen.

Unable to sign up using the serial number from my NutriBullet. Major waste of my time. I'll find another app!
