এডিএইচডি” এপটি স্পেশাল চাইল্ড ইনফরমেশন এন্ড রিসোর্স ফোরাম (Special Child Information and Resource Forum - SCIRF) এর তত্ত্বাবধানে তৈরি করা হয়েছে। SCIRF, ২০১৬ সালের ২৬ ফেব্রুয়ারী থেকে যাত্রা শুরু করেছে। সাধারণ মানুষের মধ্যে বিভিন্ন ধরণের ডিজ্যাবিলিটি সম্পর্কে সচেতনতা সৃস্টির উদ্দেশ্যে এবং তার সাথে সাথে ডিজ্যাবলদের সামাজিক গ্রহনযোগ্যতা বৃদ্ধির লক্ষ্যে "SCIRF" কাজ করে যাচ্ছে।

বিভিন্ন ধরণের ডিজ্যাবলিটির মধ্যে প্রথমে আমরা অটিজম নিয়ে একটি এপটি তৈরি করেছিলাম। তারই ধারাবাহিকতায় এখন “এডিএইচডি” এপটি এসেছে। পরবর্তিতে অন্যান্য ডিজ্যাবিলিটি নিয়েও আমরা এপ তৈরির পরিকল্পনায় আছি।
