I have The Samsung Note4. I followed all the instructions. On the PC software there is a step where I have to select a phone from a list. The problem is that there is nothing on the list. I paid for nothing :/ ------------------ The phone appeared on the list but now when selecting it I am getting an error message saying: List index out of bounds (3). Installed Kies, problem persists. Please help

I followed all the steps, when I select the phone from the list and click next it gives a run time error and tells me to retry. Never works.
