Remotix VNC RDP Remote Desktop

Ssh Tunnels no longer work.

With the loss of my previous go-to app for remote control (PocketCloud), I tried several before settling on this. I still miss PocketCloud - it was perfect for my needs - but this gets the job done with minimal headaches.

An extremely useful tool when you need to access a desktop computer on the go. It generally works well on LAN connections. For cellular, it's very sensitive to momentary networking glitches. Gestures become erratic or interaction permanently freezes.

Please make remotix agent app visible on your website homepage. I thought one has to buy the desktop app for remote cloud access to work.

By far the best RDP tool for mobile. As an IT pro, essential for my job and recommend to my clients.

As soon as I start the app while at my workplace, it crashes. I tried this app in my home and it was working fine. I tried it again on my Galaxy S6 NOT in Android N and it crashed when I was at work as well. The problem seems to be a crash when there is a high number of computers in the network and not related to Android N. I have sent multiple crash reports. Thanks Cesar Ramirez

This is the only VNC app I've found which works well with Apple Bonjour. It's great for when I'm being lazy and want to control our media centre computer without getting up!

Amazing app. Does everything I need it to, and more. This allows me to check on my server if I ever need to and remote troubleshoot things. Good job.

Cannot parse password characters requiring Shift key function, maybe others, unknown

I have tried so many remote desktop apps and remotix just does it all! Just get this and don't waste your time with anything else!

Reconnect doesn't reconnect most of the time. Key shortcuts don't work, like CTRL+F with keyboards that allow that, like hacker's keyboard. Sometimes I'm connected and I can see the screen updating, but input doesn't work. Sometimes, it looks like I'm connected but I'm actually disconnected. None of this happened last version.

I was looking for a VNC app that would work with my MacBook. I tried a handful of them and none come even close to Remotix. It works perfectly. It's easy to pan and zoom, it supports two finger scrolling, it supports command and control keys, arrow keys, esc key, etc. I find I can comfortably control an iterm shell window. I can even comfortably edit files in vim. Is it as fast as sitting at my laptop? Not by a long shot. However, it works surprisingly well from my phone. I highly recommend it.

This has got so much potential, but unfortunately their release cycle is making it a useless product. I reported a rather serious double click bug when using a hardware mouse, which they said they fixed quickly. Unfortunately they cannot commit to an ETA to release the fix into the wild. So currently stuck using Jump Remote Desktop. Being a software developer myself I know how quickly one should act in the mobile world, but they have not awakened to that reality. With bug fixes treated like this I realize that feature requests will never happen. Busy searching for next remote desktop client that has not been abandoned.

This one app is really handy for controlling your computers at home without a lot of tinkering involved. Good Job.

Since Wyse PocketCloud died, I've been looking for an app that supported VNC and RDP. Remotix accomplishes this, with a clean and functional UI. There are plenty of connection options, and performance is quick.

Great app! Works perfect over ssh with RDP and Apple"s built-in VNC. Now with a way to backup/export/restore configs. Hopefully soon maybe a way to honor all of the keys on the Hacker's Keyboard.

This kind of apps on Android is very poor in comparison to the same class on iOS platform. Remotix is the best among all alternatives I've tried. I'd like developers to pay some attention to design. Feel free to reach me for more details.

All good apart from i cant use private keys geneerated from juice ssh.

Super fast mac vnc client

How do I exit fullscreen mode? Also would be nice if keyboard pops out automatically when input is being prompted.

For Linux Deploy, this client just works much better than the rest.

RDP to Ubuntu logs in using capital letters, no lower case allowed. Only RDP app I have that does this.

Very difficult to find fault with Remotix - it's great.

Can't say enough good about this RDP/VNC client. Money well worth spent! Just wish they implemented a single finger swipe option instead of the useless elastic bounce when in the touch mode. Can't for the life of me understand the point of the elastic bounce at all...

Really good remote app only thing missing is a scroll wheel

Needs "Duplicate Connection" feature to make adding many servers easy, lacks RealVNC log in support (excusable) .
