Shadowrun Cyberdeck Aid for Android
Looks good for DM to create a decker on the fly, but lacks customization to be great. Adding custom decks or at least living persona option would expand usability, but will add features demands from technomancers.
Very nice! This will come in handy when decking. Any plans on adding the programs from data trails?
If there were potential for a Technomancer aid and updates for source books I'd dump a good chunk of nuyen on it. Otherwise, works great, worth donating to.
Perfect. Turns all that Decker rules into an enjoyable gaming tool. An uber joy Cyberdeck. It actually empowers Decker Players by clearly displaying all their options.
Not bad. I wish it had the ability to add the "overclocker" edge from expansion and the ability to add in specializations. This would work great then
Made the games a lot easier and was able to play the game rather than figure out the dice pools.
Really useful and nicely done. Please add additional source books!
We have a group of 6 players and 5 of them are GM so that everybod gets to play and since we started using this App, we all started using the matrix far more then before. Makes it easy to use for both sides. We're all a bit burned from previous Matrix rules, especially me, since I came from SR2, SR3 and skipped SR4. Thanks for bringing us the third dimension back to our gameplay.
One thing I eould like to see added is the ability to store multiple characters, for example to have my agent program perform an action without manually changing all the stats
I absolutely love and couldn't get by without this app but really wish it had the additional programs and deck options from data trails
Very nice! This will come in handy when decking. Any chance you could add a feature or make a similar app for technomancers?
There's no way to put in a custom built deck, and it would be nice if there was a technomancer option.
The negative trait in character attributes shows as a + instead of -. This is a really awsome and useful app.
Needs Data Trails stuff adding - I'd donate to help make it happen!
Excellent app, really good for anyone who players a Decker in Shadowrun, my only suggestion would be to add support for Technomancers.
This app makes playing a decker much easier and quicker for me. Great job.
This was so useful for me! Great interface, and simple to use
Awesome app please add support for technomancers
As a new Shadowrun GM, I'm THRILLED that such an easy-to-use, setting-appropriate app is on the market! Thanks to this app, I feel confident I can throw some serious, memorable matrix threats at any decker player character -- and I know they'll have the tools they need to respond in turn!
Seriously. As a decker, this app is absolutely wiz when it comes to layout, and provides everything a player needs to misuse the matrix. From dice rolling, to calculating initiative, to programs, its got it all. Not to mention, ITS FREE. Devs like this need wallets emptied onto them as thanks. 10/10 vital to every decker
For some reason when I screen rotate with the app open it crashes my phone. Also the demolition program isn't on the list of programs. Otherwise I love this app and its great!
Would be perfect if you could include the extra stuff from the new Data Trails book. Also, it's a bummer that the max an ASDF stat can get is 10, when I can get an 11 using a program and the Overclocker quality. Adding the Overclocker quality would also be great, so that you can add 1to an ASDF ability without the red boundary around the attributes. And maybe the ability to add custom decks, programs, qualities and deck modules. The ability to switch decks, profiles and characters would also be perfect, beyond the already implemented Configuration feature.
It's great, works well but it could really use the data trails info, my deck isn't supported in it so I only use it as a supplement to my paper info now
Sometimes it randomly sets the limit to-99 on everything and won't let you roll but when you restart it's normally fine and the rest is awesome
I can't wait to see more apps like this for sr5. Every deer should have this. Some minor typos but they don't effect the quality of the app. I use this extensively for tracking my programs, especially configurator.
This app would be perfect if only it allowed for technomancers... Add technomancy in the next update and Ill up my review to 5 stars ;)
Holy crap is this useful for deckers. Or anyone doing matrix work
Which is as good as it gets for SR5. This app is wiz perfect.
It's a great app for your traditional decker. I would love to see support for Technomancers added.
I'm playing a technomancer and this will even streamline things for me. I would love to have techno stuff built in though.
This app is fantastic! PLEASE make one dedicated to Riggers and their command consoles!
I have always had trouble with hacking. This is so nice!
Really useful for keeping track of all my decking stuff.
Needs technomancer option in deck selection
The only problem is if custom software or decks are used - doesn't seem to be a way to enter a deck, so the app only fully supports material from the main rulebook, since it's missing decks and programs from various books, eg Data Trails!
I'd like to see some technomancer support here. That'd be great.
As a GM, this is great for working on spur of the moment hackers, as well as having an enemy hacker set up ahead of time without a big stat block write up. I would suggest a few changes. Error) AR Initative does not add 1d6, as per the basic rules for initative. 1) Would be nice if I could save multiple characters rather than just the one. 2) Could use a custom cyber deck option rather than just what is in the core book.
Finally
I'd love to see more 5th edition tools appear on android if they all take example from this one first!

Initiative rolls seem messed up. It simply shows your INT+REA, and doesn't account for any die rolls that your character has for initiative outside of Cold and Hot SIM VR. Matrix actions list scrolls funny with what type of action it is being separate from the actions list itself. Those are my only gripes. Overall, I think it's a great app, just needs some polish.
