The Well 1-2-1 App provides the option to enter your data manually or automatically synchronise with your favourite fitness tracking apps, wearable’s and devices such as Fitbit, Apple Health, Garmin, Jawbone, RunKeeper, Strava, Withings, InBody, MapMyFitness, Moves and more!

Getting Started With Well 1-2-1:
· Download the App and create your account
· If you are taking part in a wellbeing challenge or have been invited to our programme by your organisation, health club or personal trainer the link or text invite provided will automatically connect you to your coach.
· If you have not received a link or you are new to Well 1-2-1, follow the link on the Coach tab we will send you a code.
