Here’s how it works…

* Download the app and create your account.
* Sync any fitness trackers you already use so data gets added automatically from your Fitbit, Garmin or whatever you use.
* Set up your daily Log by choosing the daily habits you want to keep track of and improve.
* If you are already a Delta Life member, ask someone at the gym for their COACH CODE to get connected with a local Delta Life coach. This will let them monitor your progress and message with you to help you stay on track.
* And if you’re looking for more social support, tap into our Slide Right Community and share your journey, advice and support with other Delta Life members!
