Tiny Network Monitor is a simple overlay app that will allow you to monitor your network connection throughput download / upload speed, total download / upload usage, and mobile data usage while you perform your regular activities.
Tiny Network Monitor can monitor your:

I love it, has huge potential. To support developer, bought the pro version. But the speed reading seems different with the result from ookla speedtest when running side by side.. it always shows higher speed for download and upload. To developer, please kindly.review and fix this glitches, after resolve, then it deserve the 5 stars...

A great example of a critical-class app Critical-class app; even the free version. SEEING if if there is network traffic onscreen all the time is like a speedometer gauge in your windowless self driving car to know if you're stopped or moving, and if so if you're on the motorway or the donkey cart country lane! If you care about saving your computer sanity get this app or one of a few quality similar apps. * 5 stars rating again when attention to prefix and postfix choice is "fixed" ;-)
