I like the app but your server is too slow. I know its not my internet because i have other apps for emagazines and they dont take the same amount of time like this app to load contents. Thanks

This app is good and easy to use, especially there is English language. One minor problem is that some books cannot find from application but to find in website, which is 100% Chinese language. This is very difficult to complete the purchase.

The website force me to download n use the app for reading, but the app forever at pubu logo scene. Uninstall n reinstall many times, still same thing happen. The app forever at the logo scene.

When I open this application, the screen is black and turn of my phone.

This app asks more permissions with each update. Most of the permissions I believe are unnecessary for an ebook app. It also crashes constantly on Android 8.0.

I cannot see my previous magazines that I bought from the website through the app. It does not have in the bookshelf at all. The app does not sync with the website and I bought a magazine last week and it is also not in my bookshelf.

I don't have subscribe any ebook, but pubu every month charge me rm10, how to cancel it??

Cannot pay through PayPal in app. Need to pay in PC.

Your payment system not good, double charge my credit card. First time I'm fine maybe I'm make something wrong. The second time I'm be careful to bought it, still double charge me again.

Cannot login after logging out, reinstalling the app does not help either. Worst still some of the purchased magazines are locked within this app

原本一直看不到報紙封面，所以想說刪除應用程式再下載看看會不會解決問題，結果馬上顯示和裝置不相容。以後平板不能看了嗎？還是會另外出平板下載版本呢？

Besides pay by bill to telco, any other method can pay? I'm using Maxis but it's not an option as only accept celcom digi umobile.

为什么无法使用脸书登入？之前使用pc买的书无法在平板阅读。一定要透过app才能阅读吗？为什么无法透过平板的网页阅读？没有脸书登入的app根本就是个新的用户吧？！

Movie clips purchased from Pubu cannot be watched. Wrote to technical support and they repeated the same instructions. Poor.

Pubu support is fantastic. Send them email that pubu don't support 小米pad2. They send me a link and was resolved. Highly recommended!
