This is not only the worst application I have ever used, but there has never been a bug fix to successfully work on any of my devices. Not only do I not recommend this application, but I suggest you find another mobile next work all together. I can not stand how much this application lags, the fact that I can almost never successfully pay a bill, or that I can't even finish a simple top up. This service is beyond horrid, and they do not do well to help their customers. I am displeased in the utmost, and I do not plan on keeping Metro service.

I just switched from Sprint. My bill is almost due. With Sprint Payments were simpler. With metro you must have a credit card or pay at a store. Very inconvenient. You'd think that you would have the capability to pay by bank account but you can't. Very disappointing. Just paid in store and charged $3

The only part of the metro apps that has ever worked right since I bought from them in sept2016 is the phone link to customer support. And other than one or two good efforts by one or two individuals at support, all I hear is BS out of this company. Ive lost service for hours on end about once a month average. And the support supervisor loves to put you through to numbers that never answer. Three times by supervisors? ...more like jock support. Its simple, not an arguable situation, provide service or refund the money. Save the BS that only 4g can connect to an email service. I'll retract this if Google support confirms it, but its new to me. And at this point, another rouge metro app, "name id" (they sell it aggressively) is blocking google support calls and will require having the device worked on to remove it. I've ran customer service myself. I would have fired half these folks.

The app works better than talking to someone on the phone who is in the middle East and doesn't​ speak or hear plain English well enough to help you with your account. And doesn't tell you of important information until the changes are made, and then wants to charge you again for correcting the mistake that they maid because they couldn't understand you the first 5 times you tried to explain what you wanted them to di

This app will not calculate advanced payments correctly! I have to spend hours on the phone with metro pcs representatives & supervisors EVERY MONTH to prove I paid my phone bill months in advance. When my credit with metro pcs runs out, I'm going to leave Metro pcs because of the problems this app causes, I complained about this to them for months, and they only say "our system can't do that" "wait for the updates" or "don't pay in advance". IF I'M CRYING ABOUT ME PAYING IN ADVANCE, I OBVIOUSLY NEED TO PAY IN ADVANCE FOR A REASON. This is really not a programming problem, this is a UX problem.

Easily one of the most frustrating & unreliable apps I've ever used. Absolutely terrible - Would freeze during payment or payment would just fail 75% of the time. Would rate 0 stars if possible!

This app is frequently down, with a message that states "SORRY...The system is unable to process your request at this time. Please check back later to confirm your changes, or you can call Metro PCS for assistance." When you call for assistance, with your original request to pay your bill, you are informed that there is a $2 charge to pay by phone, and are advised to pay with the Metro PCS app free of charge.GRRRRRR! Try harder.

Does not take payment ever. There is always a error mesg that pops up when i try to pay i try to talk to someone like a agent he never can i swear to god this is the worst cell phone carrier.

Anytime I've had any issues concerning my phone, the staff at Metro S. Main in Roswell, NM have been very helpful n have been able to resolve whatever issues I had.

Just as bad as the website. There are always technical issues that prevent you from paying, so you get to call and pay a fee. While the recording says to use the app... Ugh.

I'm on the. 2 phones for 50$ a month plan but I only get 1g of data and that plan has been upgraded to 2g data, why am I only recieving 1g still, and why is my hi speed moving like snail mail?

U cant pay ur bill on it. Lot people i talk to complaing thay can either. I payed mind 3 days in advance but i get message my bills still do.. so i have call cancel my payment, get my money back on my credit card then drive an hours drive to a metro pcs dealer to pay my bill. But rest wok ok.. just not paying ur bill on it.. needs help..

$60 no contract plan. April 27 2017 phone was turned off because I didn't have the money to pay. With Track Phone if it is turned off, you just pay to get it back up and running from the day you pay. So, from April 27 until May 24 I had no service. On May 24th I paid the $60 to get it turned back on. Three days later on May 27th they shut off my service. They gave me three days of service for $60 then turned it off. Three stinkin' days. On June 27th when it comes to to pay again I will be with another service, and no, it will not be T-Mobile or Metro.
