＜『アインお薬手帳（Ver.5.0.4）』をご利用の皆様へ＞
・これまでご利用の『アインお薬手帳（Ver.5.0.4）』で記録されたお薬手帳データを、引き続き本アプリ『アインお薬手帳（Ver.6.0.0）』でご利用いただくには、データの移行が必要となります。
・データ移行完了後は、これまでご利用の『アインお薬手帳（Ver.5.0.4）』を、アンインストールすることをお勧めいたします。

＜Ver.5.0.4からVer.6.0.0へのデータ移行方法＞
①『アインお薬手帳（Ver.5.0.4）』にて、「データお預かり」機能を実行し、バックアップセンターに、アプリ内のデータを保管してください
②『アインお薬手帳（Ver.6.0.0）』の「設定」ボタンを選択してください
③「データお預かり設定」を選択し、「データお預かり設定画面」を開いてください
④「旧お預かりデータ受取」にて「続行」ボタンを押してください
⑤アプリ画面に「旧お預かりデータの受取が完了しました」と表示されるため「OK」ボタンを押してください。これで移行作業は完了です

QRコード（＊１）読み取りでのかんたんなお薬情報登録で、お薬の効能や用法用量などをいつでも容易に確認できる上、飲み忘れ防止のためのアラーム設定やお薬の服薬情報と日々の体調の変化をメモとして記録することができるため、医師や薬剤師に体調を伝える際の備忘録としても活用できます。
また、処方箋の画像データをアイン薬局の店舗に送信することで、事前にお薬の準備を依頼することができます。便利な機能満載の「アインお薬手帳」をぜひご利用ください。

本アプリは（株）アインホールディングスと（株）NTTドコモが共同開発したものであり、（株）アインホールディングスと（株）NTTドコモの共同実験や（株）NTTドコモと東京大学の共同研究での知見が活かされています。なお、au、Softbank等ドコモ以外のスマートフォンでもご利用いただけます。

●便利機能
（1）おくすりの登録：手入力、保険調剤明細書に印字されたQRコードや、一般用市販薬のバーコード読み取りによる薬剤情報の登録
（2）服薬チェック：登録された「用法」、「服薬情報」に応じた服薬状況の管理が可能
（3）体調メモ：日々の体調の変化に関するメモを記録
（4）アラーム設定：飲み忘れると設定時刻にお知らせ
（5）複数人対応：ご家族など、最大10名までお薬手帳の管理が可能
（6）処方箋画像送信機能：病院で受け取った処方箋の画像を選択した薬局に送ることで、事前に調剤準備を依頼することができ、待ち時間の短縮が図れます。
（7）データお預かり機能*2：お薬手帳アプリに登録した大切なお薬情報(利用者情報/お薬情報/服薬チェック情報など)はバックアップセンターで保管することができます。
（8）薬剤師に見せる機能*2：バックアップセンターに保管されたお薬情報は、スマートフォン本体を受け渡しすることなく、店頭の薬剤師に共有することができます。
*1：日本工業規格で定められたJAHISに準拠したQRコードの読み取りが可能です。薬局で発行された調剤報酬明細書等に印刷されたQRコードを読み取り、「アインお薬手帳」に登録することが可能です。
*2：本機能のご利用にあたっては、ｄアカウントが必要となります。（無料。au、Softbank等ドコモ以外のスマートフォンでもご利用いただけます）

●ご注意事項
・アプリをご利用される前にご利用規約をお読みいただき、ご同意された場合のみご利用ください。
・ご利用の端末の設定時刻がずれていたり、地域設定が日本以外の場合に正常に動作しないことがあります。
・当スマートフォンアプリのご利用は無料です。ダウンロード通信料は別途かかります。
・当スマートフォンアプリは服薬管理の補助としてお使いいただくものです。
・実際の服薬は医師や薬剤師の指示に従ってください。
