Hitachi Care

In telangana Hitachi has not providing any services "after installation". I have called the nearly 7 times to customer support they didn't take any action about issue what I have said . most of the big electronic showrooms in Hyderabad they are not selling Hitachi AC,s because of no service .and this my personal experience , go for another brand who will give good service.

4 days after registering complaint and getting a complaint number/call no, I get the following message - Your call no._____ is closed in our system. Total amount collected Rs.0 for the work done. Please call 35324848 for any other service. Thanking you Hitachi. I am OK with their unresponsive attitude since it has become the standard in India. But this humiliation, infuriates me.

On 28 Jan 2016 I have purchased 2 a/cs Rs 41000 each after Installation too much of noise and no cooling effect and called customer care still they are on the way for service

Dear All buyers, please please and please don't buy any product from Hitachi, specifically AC. They all appoint local mechanic for service. No body responding my call as I launched complaints on 15.4.2016 and AC taken from my house to service center on 20.04.2016 with promises within 2 hours they will install after repair. But today 21.04.2016 after calling many to that service centre nor AC install not call back to me even after repeats of call. Even I also write mail to execute director. Please don't buy

It's my humble request to all of you to not to purchase any of the Hitachi products because it's service is very much poor if u purchase the product u will going to suffer like I am suffering worst service ever till date....... suffered alot like I have the AC of it and it have the problem but it's a month spent but the problem have not been resolved till date and the customer care tells that it will going to resolved in 48hrs Bt their 48 didn't Cme

Worst service, not trained technicians. we buy Hitachi thinking it is a better brand, but in actual local guys come for service and cheats the customer. I bought the AC for 35 K three years ago, I had spent almost 15K till today, though I am under AMC and coverage.

Bought ac on 30.04.16 but installed after 4 days after repeated calls, very next day ac stopped running, mechanic visited after 6 days to say that PCB is defective, ac started running after 12 days from purchase with extremely poor cooling. No response from service center till date despite repeated calls. Avoid buying Hitachi product.

Better you can use web to register service request. In app we need to fill all details but in web just our mobile numb is enough for service

7 8 baar complian karne ke bad bhi koi response nahi mila har baar kaha jata hain ki aapka request high priority main daal diya gaya hain. Bewkoof banane ki high priority hain kya? Jabki maine amc liya hua hain. Lagta hain ki ab mujhe consumer court Jana padega

I have complaint twice and my complaint is not resolved......no information when engineer will visit....very frustrating....worst air conditioners never buy....

Nobody respend after complain several times.... odour from split ac.. negative star for hitachi service.. i will never buy hitachi..

It's almost third day I don't get any message or other confirmation for my service request pls response soon if you want people to award it good stars thank-you response soon

Have updated the details on the app.. It accepted the details and then pushed me out of the app.. Not a great experience

Very very badly made app. Can't do anything with it. My products are still under warranty. I was promised service on 12.8.16. No response whatsoever.

Don't buy A.C. product to customer care....too bad

Never buy a hitachi AC you have to call atleast 100 times before they will sent a technician who will overcharge you

This app do not work my request to service my Hitachi ac has not been resolved. I have submitted request many time it has been a month no service person came.

Please don't buy hitachi products...I bought split a.c. and for 2 weeks nobody came for installation and after complaining and requesting several times in customer care...they didn't respond....At Last I had to call somebody from other a.c. person for installation...I really had very bad experience with hitachi and I request all other not to buy this product and nor will hitachi service centers vl respond...so don't waste time buying hitachi products.

According to my experience Hitachi is one of the worst,cheap brand in India and its Service support... My god I have no words for its third class service.

Don't buy product from Hitachi as they don't listen to their customers even for two free service request.

I got call from technician 1 week after I raised request for Ac reinstallation. that too, asking 50% more than others like TMC & Reliance digitals. When others are charging 1000-1100, technician who called me 1 week after raising request quoted 1600. Wasted 1 week & finally got my AC installed by another vendor.
