This small bank's app works properly for day to day work like fund transfer whether it is Interbank or interabank transfer, No need to visit branch for such transfers. Some customers facing problem during fund transfer they just need to activate there mobile banking again. There was so many bugs in this app which are fixed in very short time, We mostly use this app to recharge our DTH and mobile numbers, Even one can deactivate his/her ATM in case of theft through this app.

Pathatic experience. Everyone knows they never ever gets OTP at time We can't send money to other bank accounts. I can't understood the purpose of this ridiculous app. Is it only meant for check the balance. This bank has to Learn something from other public sector bank. Lot of changes need to be done. It is my free advise to everyone to move your hard earned money to other bank, they provide much more facilities and customer support. You can't do banking with this useless app in this today's digital world.

This aap is a good aap for money transfer as well as online banking with all facilities of payment and other usefull things.... Needs some improvement in terms of creation and activation of account on aap(Customer ID)...... Overall good aap for money interface....!!!!

This is simply a nice app .. uses less data so you can use it in slow network also, it has user friendly interface. one feature that I think it should add is the plans of the different service providers for mobile and dth recharges

OTP aane ka time bhi mention kr do is app me.. 2 ghante tk kon haath me pkad k rakhega phone... Aur apne software engeineer ki pay b bda do thodi.

एक बार आप login हो गए तो फिर यह App सबसे अच्छी है। यहां तक कि Pnb और Sbi की app से भी अच्छी। बस थोड़ा शुरू में install करने के बाद OTP की समस्या रहती है। HPSCB के अपने खातों में FUND TRANSFER बड़े जबरदस्त तरीके से होता है । पर दूसरे बैंकों में TRANSFER करने में अभी दिक्कत आती है। अपने पी एन बी के खाते में मैं लगभग चार या पांच बार पैसे TRANSFER कर चुका हूँ। अगर यह यह समस्या भी दुरुस्त हो जाती है तो फिर इस APP का कोई मुकाबला नहीं है।

It's good app for fund transfer but still there is a problem for getting otp . There is a need for improvement. So please make it more and more effective.

Good experience with the App. One can use this app to meet the day to day Financial needs without going to any branch of the Bank. If some one is not getting the OTP he/she have to ask for the guideline from the Branch.

The app does not work. Called up the bank to get my user ID but the bank says the app is not working. If the app does not work then why is it there for downloading?

HPSCB mobile banking is a nice app to transfer the funds within Bank. interbank transfer or IMPS is available now. Contact home branch for OTP issue. Bank of the State for the State.

not show sign in option when it updates, when application open show sign up option for new registration.

I've been trying to login to the app but i haven't received my OTP yet. I tried multiple times but didn't get my OTP on my phone number . my phone number is registered with the bank and i receive all the messages from bank like atm transaction but i didn't receive OTP when I clicked on the"send OTP" . can you fix this so i could receive OTP and login to the app !! I'd change my ratings. Anyway good initiative.hope you would improve and add all features on the application.
