NS&I Premium Bonds checker

Update: uninstall the update and start again to fix it. The previous version worked well and would give me results just after midnight. Now all I get is"there's been a problem, please try later",'and all previous months draws aren't available. Not a great update. Why have you broken it?

Rubbish. Not only does this app ONLY let you check whether your bond's have won ON THE DAY of the draw, the information is all wrong! I've won once each month since December but app says no wins in the last 6 months. Useless app, really disappointing.

So much potential to offer essential services instead of wasting effort and cost on images and graphics that mean nothing, bring in functionality like go paperless, check your balance, make it easier to buy premium bonds, set up standing orders, the list can go on...will delete app soon, can use the memory for better apps

It used to be straightforward. Now it is far too fancy. Unnecessary pictures. At least most of the junk has been trimmed and it gives the result quickly.

It's broken since last update. All I get is 'Sorry, try again later' error.

In this day age you shouldn't have to go on the internet browser to invest, check your balance etc. You should be able to just click on the app quickly like banks do and look at your account that way. Maybe a bit less fancy pictures and 'ernie' and make the app more useful.

Keeps on saying 'Sorry, there was a problem. Try again later' since the last update.

Sort out the error. Rubbish timing for the app to go wrong, just as the draw takes place!

Seems to be a little inconsistent, checked February's results, it told me that we hadn't won anything. Went back into again later to show my partner and it then said we had in fact won something.

You had one job... This app only exists to check the Premium Bonds - since the last update it's not working. Whoever does the QC should be ashamed.

Keeps saying sorry try again later, updated and still the same, only worked once. Wasting there money building this app.

Very same problem as described by Scranner Oram [3rd of May/2017] . No records for May. Why fixing something which ain't broken? Now, what do I have to do ? Uninstall & reinstall it again ? Will lose all my previous records . Fix it please. I use Wi-Fi and am London based.

This is a basic app that allows you to quickly check if you have won anything in the monthly prize draw. If you are expecting to be able to manage your account, then you will need a desktop.

Latest update crashes when checking current month so now useless. Also, previous 6 months no longer in order. Used to be excellent, why change it?!

Checked to see if we had won anything and was told that we hadn't won a prize this month. Then 15 days later £25 comes through the post. Obvious the app will not work ok.

Works OK but someone needs to rethink the definition of "this month". I ran this version on March 1st and it told me I had two winners then on a later page it says the March results are two days away so the winners for "this month" were in fact from last month. How about simply showing the name of the month in question?

Used to work fine but latest update ruined it. Clicked to check what prize I won, doesn't show and shuts down with an error.

The older version was ok. This version always stops immediately, rendering it useless

Latest version crashes when I select this month's prizes. Running 'Android 4.4.4 Kitkat'. Please fix asap.

SIMPLE AND VERY EASY TO USE. HOW ANY ONE CAN CONPLAIN IS BEYOND BELIEF.

Wiped all of saved holders details. No longer says if you didn't win, only showing countdown for next months draw! Also where is the supports response to all the terrible feedback on here? Seems like they don't care!

Why should I have to dig through my cupboards for your pointless "update"? The old app was working perfectly well some patronising stupidity in presentation aside but *oh no* you have to go and break it for absolutely no reason and require all details to be filled in again. Sorry, but please go and die in a hole instead if this is your definition of "improving" .

Worse than the last app.. Doesnt confirm if you didnt win... Your prize history is not even displayed in date order... just a random list of dates... must have been made by a muppet... or more likely, the managers of the team were muppets...

Awful app agree with all previous reviews ...previous app was so simple all my details were lost last month and the app had also disappeared from my phone..what's that all about? This month the app had disappeared once again and my husband had exactly the same problem ! why on earth muck about and change stuff when it already works perfectly? I can't stand this mentality of companies it's as if they need to justify someone's job.leave well ALONE!! P.s I also have to go into my app store to access it

Previous version worked fine, I only upgraded ona whim and because it stated I eould not need to re enter details - wrong!!!! It has lost all my account details and requires re entry, which is going to waste more of my time needlessly. So don't do it! And it does not reorientate to landscape view on my tablet!!!!!!!!!!!

These other reviews are funny, I can't see what the problem is but then I never had the old app. All I had to do was simply put in my holders number and that was it job done, simples. Love this app.
