PayPal Prepaid

I think it's great! Never had a problem with PayPal. They gave me my money back immediately, whenever I had got caught up in a scam.

Worst customer service ever. Can't understand one of them. Took 5 weeks trying to transfer funds of back and forth bullcrap of activate youe card that was already active,register your card that was already registered, call paypal,oh your account is locked. Thank god PayPal finally helped and I'm NEVER using or suggesting this app or Netspend to anyone!!!

It will not let me add my paypal card. I have tried the internet several different ways and downloaded both this paypal app and the original both say not the right sight and too look at back of card and it says go to the same sites I tried that failed and led to this app and still fails.

I have been tried to add bank information and said "due to risk" wtf you better fix it...waste my time to do prepaid card that I bought and you only limited real bank that's not cool I thought PayPal card can work on this program so fix it!!!!

Oh my God I don't know what to do customer service doesn't know what to do either my instant transfer button work in the very beginning and a couple times and then it stopped working and then I try to different computer and then it worked one more time and then it stopped working so I tried a few computer and guess what yep red flags so they tell me I can transfer money from my PayPal account to PayPal account and then try that and then then red flagged again because I tried transferring too much money I cannot transfer none of my hard-earned money to nowhere they can't do it either what kind of service is this what the hell do they do on their side I am scared I am worried they tell me to wait 24 to 48 hours do nothing don't touch the account is the best thing they say how do I even know they even do anything they have any email me or nothing I'm going crazy this app is gun when I get my money

Monthly fee is for what?every month you charge me 4.95$ im just wondering couz in my other card no monthly fee they dont charge me anything everymonth..even i dont use the card you still charge...i want explanation for that monthly fee issue..

I currently have my weekly payroll checks direct deposited to this account and I get paid about 36 hours before anyone else who works with me! And this app is a great tool to use with the account

Didn't like it because I have to sign in every time. What's the point in an app if you have to sign in every time.. I use crome and it saves sign in

Causes a total system freeze upon every use. Easier just to use a mobile browser.

I just got my card and can't use the app to log in because it's not a net pay card even tho I used this app to order it. Not to mention I can't sign in our register the card for a online account. Im about to deactivate it

Love the app. Easy to reload. Can fingerprint login be available in the future?

Couldn't even log in because it opened the sign in page in Arabic. Which is cool except I speak English.

This app, along with the customer service is horrible. They are unable to process your orders or transfer money from your PayPal account. If you enjoy headaches, get this app. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere. After getting continuous errors, I had to call customer service... headache turned into a migraine. 10 minutes of machine to finally reach a human who has no clue what they are doing. They promised I would recieve an email and a troubleshoot fix to the issue 24-48 hours after the call. Well here I am and still no call and no functionality. A waste of space and time. Do yourself a favor and get a prepaid card from Walmart to save yourself the headache.

Well ive been with this paypal for many year, sometimes well you have glitches in the application that i was using. Over all easy to transfer money between account whenever you HAVE the funds to do so.

Not PayPal at all, just a bad bank (Bancorp) with terrible service, high fees, my account is hacked and I can't get in, some Turkish creep has my phone number and account number and the 'bi-lingual' customer service has no idea how to do anything but mangle my name! Transferring my deposit to Simple. PS, they can freeze your account for any or no reason at all! Read the fine print!

This is absolutely ridiculous!! I get a PayPal account to accommodate customers and I can see my money but I can't touch it. They say you can transfer but I have yet to,see it happen. Everything I try ends up with denied due to risk. WTF? What the hell is that supposed to mean?! Risk of what? Spending my own money? Then every call I make to them ends is a Greek tragedy and nothing solved. Most the time netspend just hangs up on me. Plus they have the most rude, ignorant, and probably un-showered staff.. As soon as I get my money out I'm shutting this POS down. DELETE! OH AND THEY CHARGE YOU 5 BUCKS THE NEXT DAY AFTER YOU GET THE STUPID PREPAID CARD. DON'T EVEN WAIT FOR YOU TO USE THERE SHIFTY SERVICE!

If you want this for paypal transfers, DON'T GET IT. Paypal doesn't trust it...they won't move the funds. Call paypal and get an account debit card instead. Horrible app, horrible card, ...and uneducated customer service.

The PayPal instant transfer button never works. And apparently everyone else has the same problem. Is this means for a lawsuit? I have to call everyweek about this!

Okay functionality. Depositing checks costs money otherwise you have to wait a while.

Horrible horrible horrible only got it because pay pal told me I'd have access to my pay pal balance which is how my company pays me so I have been on the phone constantly complaining so far only been able to accomplish 2 transfers n and have had to call and complain to people who don't understand me and don't seem to care that I have children to feed bills to pay and no bank account so this was my only option and now I can't touch my hard earn money pay pal who do you think you are !!! Yea message the so called help email and they came with some bs that I was not with in the 24 hrs limit to transfer again when I tried 8 am in the morning after doing it at 146 am the day prior yea shows much they actually looked into my account talk about insult to injury they must think we are are all just pretty daft

This instant transfer sh** to paypal debit is a system built to fail. PayPal customer service has said that there is nothing wrong with my account and that I should be able to transfer without hesitations. I signed up for the card to get "INSTANT TRANSFER" so I didn't have to wait 3-5 days to get what is rightfully mine into my bank account. I am definitely cancelling paypal and getting rid of it once and for all. Customer service is shi**y and so is this company

Ingo Money is the problem!! These companies need to stop using ingo's crappy product! Besides myself, my husband and 6 friends of mine have all had problems with them! They decide at random, to just close accounts for absolutely ZERO reason! I am not the only one! Do your research and see!

Had this app less than 12 hrs and it already has quit working. No explanation as to why. Just won't work. I emptied my PayPal balance on the card, which now won't work either. Basically my money is stuck on some card that I cant even get to work. Huge pain..

I tried logging into my account and unable to log into my account. I tried to contact customer service and was not able to get through. I am happy I didn't deposit any money. I am going to close the account. Please do not use PayPal...the company is horrible. And it is hard to find a location near me to load cash anyway. The company should no longer be in business. The company I research already got sued.

I believe this app is fraudulent. I called customer service after the mobile check load failed twice! The rep fumbled his speech and seemed to searching for my information. Unfortunately, I'd linked my PayPal account. Time to call PayPal. Wonderful.

Definitely switching to PayPal from my mango card. No issues at all here. Never had a problem with customer service the very few times I've had issues. Everyone is too quick to blame companies..

Horrible customer service. I went through an unbelievable amount of bs to transfer funds. Only thing they didn't seem to have any issues with was taking fees.

So far I like it BUT!! Everything else seems great but I was told that it is impossible to transfer funds from my PayPal prepaid account to my PayPal account and that I also can't make transfers between my PayPal prepaid account and my bank account!! Someone please tell me that I have been misinformed
