Like HALO (from Paranoid Android) meets Overskreen browser. Answer messages from any app! Never miss a new text!
This app is a floating text messaging terminal that sits on top of other activities and allows you to text friends while you're using other apps - while playing Angry Birds for instance! Resize by pinching, or minimize it into the corner of the screen. Then, when you want to send a message, just pop it back out and write without interrupting what you're doing! Better yet, when you receive a message, it will pop right out at you for you to answer or dismiss so that you never miss an important message again!
This is in early development so hurry and grab the low price! Many more updates on the way! In the future I'll be adding minimisation options and more, but the price will go up too!

I've been looking for something like this. The close, minimize, and how buttons are a little small..if you keep the window kinda small. I'm having a hard time getting it to come back after minimizing it. Looking forward to future updates. . App started to crash. When I minimize and click the notification, it says loading but the terminal never opens. Now I have the terminal is running notification and cannot open the app Nope, cant do it, cannot get the app to open when I want it to
