Seriously??? If I could give it a MINUS score I would!! Takes up valuable phone memory, constantly bugs you to update, premium version charges your phone account per month, AND IT DOESN'T EVEN WORK!! Plus it kills my battery!!! US CELLULAR installed this garbage & I have no option to uninstall!! Really hate wasting space on my phone with garbage bloatware!!!

DB is 9 months old and it keeps butting in with no way to remove. AT&T at least gives free UP TO DATE av protection. I like USC as a service in general but cmon...

Virus database out of date, but won't let me update it. Basically doesn't really serve any purpose at all.

Doesn't do anything just like worthless US CELLULAR. Won't work at all soon as contract is up I'm dumping this non covering company. Service is so awful

Says the virus database is up to date, but once a scan starts it aborts and gives an error meassage to update virus data base. One would hope since the premium version is 2.99 a month that this issue would have been addressed.

Doesn't do much, fails to do what is say it does, says it needs an update then switches it's opinion to its up t ok date, still fails to function.

I dont understand why this app is not removeable.. Seems sketchy... I really like to have a choice.

This app used up 800 mb without warning in a 30-minute time period. It also displayed pornographic ads.

I tried every way to get the screen to come up in English. To bad I can't read in Chinese or Japanese. NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE TO TRY TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO TRY TO FIX THIS ISSUE.Now it keeps saying it needs to be updated but it keeps saying timed out!?!?I have tried to go to the help/contact screens worthless. It need to be taken off the phone!!

This app sucks. You can't even take it off your phone. Always says I have a virus and then makes me put more apps like it on my phone. How many due you think we need? I just want one good one not five. Any ideas. I due have us cellular.

Always putting up messages wanting you to pay for it and with no way to uninstall it. What a waste of phone memory.

This no longer updates and refuses to scan even though I have the premium. Don't buy it.

How do I delete this virus

It wasn't updating for quite a while and the directions given were to clear the cache and try scanning again. Clearing the cache was not an option where I was advised to look for it. Did uninstall and reinstall. It has updated automatically twice since then (yay!)

This app needs an update, it's very slow

I don't want it on my phone at all, very day it does a scan and used up all my data, I really had to search for off setting & still can't delete

Very slow to accomplish any tasks. Once it gets it done, sometime from when you started, it works.

It started fine and worked well but has since stopped and just tells me my virus data base is out of date even after I updated it

Was working fine at first, but stopped working. Kept telling me the database was out of date, but when I tried to update it I was told it was current. Also stopped scanning my items. When running a scan it would instantly stop and say scan complete after scanning only 0 items. Hate that I can't even remove this from my phone.

Since this thing was installed through an on air update it would seem my bat life is cut in half almost.

It sucks. I should be able to choose what anti virus and security apps I want to use that actually work well, such as CM. Boooooooo

I had a hack before and the option to optimise phone is great so long as it does not mess with your operating programs , does it do this or give you options ? I don't know.. This was offered to me cause I had a broken hacked system from so called secure network so then they ask for extra fees and charges... If this is Google spyware might as well get a free better operating one and get rid of this virus.

Google designed an unstable and highly vulnerable operating system. If they don't provide protection for free for their piece of crap, then the service provider should at no charge. Why? Because they are both making money off of us, they have already been paid to make a stable and secure service.

Been with US Cellular more than 20 years. This app worked for a littlewhile then stopped updating the virus database. So I'm now uninstalling it.

To many problems, long kind of fixes.

Pushing a mandatory app should be done sparingly. As a customer, I resent being forced to accept a third-party app that wants a monthly subscription. I am annoyed by frequent messages with the double message "Account protection enabled."
