This is a great app since I got it for free but one issue is that the backup doesn't work I had this for two years now and I have yet to get it to work but the 2nd problem that has happened more recently is the app thinks that the eBay app and the PayPal app I have downloaded are not safe apps that can give your device a virus and it gets annoying because a message pops up so many times a day I am about to just delete the security app because I have others that work better.

The anti spam feature wasn't so superb before the upgrade. But now you totally remove it. Not good. You should rather work on improving it instead of removing it. I factory reset my phone and now they're asking for activation code

I had to do a factory reset on my phone and lost all my apps. I paid for a years worth of protection and reset at 6 months, when I wrote to get activation code for it cuz I don't know it, I never got a response! Don't pay for this app you will get screwed if you ever have to redownload it.

I have had the free version from the play store for years but when I purchased my new phone in June Verizon told me this retail version was much better and had more functions. Completely bogus, I have had nothing but problems, tells me NQ not responding, it has less options and is not nearly as user friendly as the FREE version from the play store. I am debating on deleting this paid for version and reinstalling the free basic version. For vault users, both versions have vault.
