Slow to find addresses, cannot add favourites, cannot track dispatched cars despite what they say, and i now have an empty notification which won't go away unless i reboot.

Disscusting i was waiting 45 min for a cab and nobagy comes up ...... shame.....

Despite having full wifi and 4G access keeps saying connection lost. When rarely works then it gives me error after booking and cannot see whether it went through or not. I almost missed the taxi as I thought it wasn't booked. As a regular taxi user I thought to give this a try as it is cheaper than Glasgow Taxis. But it seems that quality comes at a premium price. Will go back to Glasgow Taxis.

The company kept cancelling my bookings with no taxis showing up. One day I waited 2 hours just for my booking to get cancelled.

UPDATE 16/2/17: Current version unusable on Android 7.0, crashes consistently 2-3 seconds after opening. Easy to use, full-featured and always works when I need it. Perfect!

Useless company...taxis supposedly turn up...do they h**l....use toa may be dearer but at least the staff know the knowledge Satnav city taxis

On booking, very frequently the time shown on the map has no relevance to the amount of time spent waiting... typically map shows 3-6mins wait time... actual wait time 15-45mins+

I was disappointed when I found that the vehicle type list is empty. I wanted to use the app instead of calling as they never send a bigger car if I request so. A friend of mine has the iOS version of the app and it has the options listed. A good update will be to add them here as well.

If possible would give no stars. It needs work on it badly. When i was trying to track my taxi, I could'nt. It would book another taxi Instead. So using instructions on here about how to track my taxi actually books another taxi. If I was a bit dafter than I am then 2 cars would be coming for me, which Is a waste of drivers fuel and time and money. Luckily I'm only a wee bit daft and called network to say I think I booked 2 cars through the app Instead of 1. With the cash that network have, I thought the app would have been a thousand times better. Hopefull It will as network are a great company. If I was rating the company then It would be a very easy 10, but for the app it's a big fat zilch.

I'm a frequent user of another taxi app, the other app has the ability to track the driver avoiding cold waits side, and at the end of the journey they email a receipt of the fare. Both apps text with cab details when the taxi is almost arriving. This app is pretty awful to use, you can book a cab and that's it, it has a long way to go to compete. As for service, I find them quicker and slightly cheaper than the competition, if they sorted the app out with better features I'd be removing the other taxi app

I don't know why vehicle tracking removed in new version.

The previous version was truly awful. This appears to be a vast improvement and more inline with competitor offerings but I want to see where the cars are and an ETA before I book.

I was big fan of app when it first came out. Being able to plot driver on the map was invaluable, avoiding cold waits outside. I used it loads. Now however EVERY SINGLE time I attempt to book a taxi no matter what day of the week, no matter what time of day, I get message on screen saying that you are too busy to take bookings by the app and to call the office instead. If I wanted to call I wouldn't be trying to use app, would I? I have logged out, cleared app data, even re-installed several times. Fix it!

Have been let down several times by this app. Does work sometimes, but just not worth it for the times I've been made late by it telling me a car's been dispatched and phoning up after waiting to find they've not even got the booking.

I've used the taxi service for quite some time, overall it is OK except for today. Waited for 54 minutes, and yet they can't deploy a single taxi for me. Should have courtesy to at least callback or SMS if there's any delay for more than 15 minutes.

This app used to be great but now it just crashes every time I open it.

Every single time I try to book a taxi, no matter what time or day I get the same message saying network is too busy to take bookings and that I have to call and after calling get a taxi straight away EVERY SINGLE TIME, absolutely pointless having the app when I have to call anyway, the old one was much better used to use it daily.

This is great for easily booking a taxi and watching it sprocket when it is dispatched. However the user interface is a bad and dated Apple iOS minic (partially transparent popup windows??).

The app is badly designed and everything, however, the main reason for my review is to warn people not to bother using this taxi company anyway. Several times now I've booked taxis only for them not to arrive. If you call up they'll tell *you* that you were a no show...but they'll despatch another one...and they can't give you a timescale as to when it'll arrive

Easiest and safest way of booking a taxi. Ensures your not getting a fake one!
