비리없는 대한민국! 우리의 작은 움직임으로 시작합니다. 여러분이 알고 있거나 직접 겪은 부조리와 비리에 대해서 리포트 해 주세요. 여러분의 힘으로 모인 데이터는 대한민국의 부조리와 비리를 제거하는데 큰 힘이 될 것입니다.

1) 목적
‘제보자’는 간단한 비리고발 어플리케이션으로 대한민국에 존재하는 많은 비리와 부조리를 해결하기 위해 만들어졌습니다. ‘제보자’는 우리 주변에 존재하는 비리와 부조리를 보다 편리하고 빠르게 알릴 수 있고, 신고할 수 있도록 도와줍니다. 또한 비리와 부조리의 공유를 통해 그 심각성을 파악하고 시민 여러분과 함께 해결 방안을 모색해 나갈 수 있도록 합니다. 나아가 비리없는 대한민국을 만드는 것이 이 앱의 궁극적인 목적입니다.

2) 기능
- 지도 서비스를 기반으로 한 비리고발 리포팅 기능
- 비리 혹은 부조리와 관련된 사진 및 동영상 첨부 기능
- 확인된 리포트에 한하여 SNS을 통한 공유 기능

3) 신뢰성
‘제보자’는 건국대학교 이영환 교수가 중심이 되어 창업한 ‘시민의 코딩’에서 제작하였습니다. ‘시민의 코딩’은 공공의 이익이 되는 어플리케이션을 제작 및 배포하는 회사입니다. 여러분이 남겨주신 리포트는 우선 서버에 저장되어 저희 ‘시민의 코딩’의 확인을 거친 후 앱에 나타나게 됩니다. 이 과정을 통해 리포트에 대한 신뢰성을 높입니다.

4) 제보자 신원 안전 보장
‘제보자’는 제보자의 신원을 철저하게 비밀로 보장합니다. 여러분이 남겨주신 리포트는 ‘시민의 코딩’에서 모두 관리하며, 제보자의 인적사항을 철저하게 비밀로 유지하고 ‘시민의 코딩’의 이름으로 비리와 부조리의 해결을 위한 정부기관으로의 신고 및 그에 상응하는 조취를 취할 것입니다. 따라서 제보자의 인적사항이 노출될 위험이 전혀 없습니다.
