You can track the status of the repair in the options of your account in the app itself and by push notifications.
Moreover, we offer 2 years Extension Warranty for a wide variety of models; up to 4 years for remote professional cameras or up to 5 years for AVCCAM products, projectors and professional displays (including the standard warranty).

Under warranty of 1year I gave my cell Panasonic p51 two times for service since it had problem in working. This time when i gave it for service they are lagging in reparing it on time. Its been more than one month still wen i call i hv been jst told that call after 5 days. This is very embarrassing
