Good app, sleep tracking has helped improve my sleep. Need to be able to edit the dates because the app sometimes mixes up the dates and the only option is to delete the entry.
Have an option for no sleep one night and also days i haven't slept until afternoon change from like 3hours to 26 fpr some reason
This app has helped me a lot! It wasn't easy to make the changes it suggested, but over a month's time I started sleeping better than I had in many years. I'm now feeling more like my old self! Wearing some good blue-blocking glasses in the evening has also really helped to "reset" my sleeping. Occasionally I have a bad night, but when I think about it I realize it was because I had returned to one of the old habits; it takes the stress out of it knowing why and what to do about it. My doctor suggested this app. He worked with the guy that developed it. So downloaded it. I'm impressed so far, but I really wish there was a way to email sleep journals to our doctors. Or at least to ourselves, so we can print them. The developer says that he is working on it now. So hopefully soon.

Pretty good. Just a point to note, once you've entered the details and the app says "you need 5 hours in bed" but after two days you decide you need 6 hours in bed, you can't edit it. I had to uninstall the app and re-enter the information. I do like the app, especially the reminders like, stop caffeine, switch of electronic devices and wind down. I need these kicks up the posterior! Recently, i quit alcohol and it has helped improve my sleep a bit. Overall a good app, editing information needs to be easier but overall thumbs up. P.S. Get a blue light filter for your devices from app store!
