Stay on track with a healthy lifestyle. Keep track of a food diary, exercise diary and that dreaded scale ( weight and BMI )

The user can choose how to track food using different labels; points, calories and carbohydrates are currently available.

If you are a weight watcher participant you can choose to track points plus or original points. A calculator is part of both the bar-code scanner as well as a handy calc button when you are adding food.

Tracking your blood glucose level could not be easier. Users can optionally turn on the glucose tab allowing them to enter their level using the same period designations as seen in the food tracking.

Android's Speech recognition is supported for easy entry of items. Favorite food items and exercises are available for quick entry as well.

Export your data to XML and send it to your computer via email. Not only is this a great backup but you can use popular programs to chart your progress.

All user specific health related information is saved on the android device and is not uploaded to our servers. You control your information. Please visit our website if you have specific privacy questions.

Changes made for people tracking protein and liquids after gastric bypass surgery. I worked with a nice woman (Katrina) who helped specify how she would ideally track her current diet requirements.
A user can now:
1) change food tracking to be protein
2) track liquid intake in ounces or cups daily

This has been great. Lost 10 lb. Had to delete for memory. Wish it would move to SIM card. Still great After reading some of the reviews I did think it was a little difficult To understand that the starting Number is Not" What I'm eating when I start my day" But play with it a little bit, figure out what you're starting points number is, and you'll lose weight like I did. The only improvement I suggest is to allow decimals of a point. When you're dieting that all matters.

I like the app. I like that I can track most everything. I'd like to see a bar code scanner and a way to put multiple types of food in the list. Like proteins, vegetables and carbs Since I need to track my intake of all of them. Please consider.

Wonderful app for simply counting the foods you already know. It uses "points" or calories, and it simply adds the total for u. Great for experienced counters not needing a search database to count their cals, instead of the 'ol handwritten notebook!

I've been looking for an app for so long that I can customize daily to my needs. I'm on a staggered calorie diet when one day it'll be 1300 the next 1150. Most apps don't let u even choose ur cal count this one let's u change it every day.. and to top it off it will keep track of how much water I intake in the day. I love it! Just what I needed! It would have a 5 star if it let me manually input the amount of calories I burned and subtract it from my intake.
