About Way of the Cross
Stations of the Cross prayer guide and live wallpaper. This Adaptation of St. Francis of Assisi the Way of the Cross features the artwork of Katie Schmid.
Includes traditional 14 form stations of the cross with prayers for each station. Also included is a live wallpaper to display the stations as a backdrop which serves as a daily reminder, especially during Lent, to follow Christ.
The artwork for each station is currently on display at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Center at Purdue University. The images fade into the dark surroundings and the only light is the Lord. The artwork serves as a dramatic reminder of the great Sacrifice of the Passion and calls us to follow the Way of the Cross.
