About My Migraine Triggers™

This application is only intended for US residents.

Certain triggers may increase your risk of a migraine attack; however migraine triggers vary from person to person.

It’s a good idea to keep track of the factors that may trigger your migraines. By avoiding your triggers, you may be able to reduce the number of migraine headaches you get.

That’s why the makers of Excedrin® Migraine teamed up with neurologists to create the My Migraine Triggers™ app; a free, easy-to-use and convenient migraine tracking tool. This app will allow you to:

- Keep track of your everyday activities, such as exercise, stress and eating habits to help identify your potential migraine triggers
- Chart out daily log information into customizable reports to easily understand which activities, foods and beverages are associated with the onset of your headaches
- Print or email your log and results to share with your doctor to better diagnose and treat your migraines.

And the more you use it, the more it helps.
Since migraines can set-in up to 48 hours after being exposed to a trigger, it is important to record potential triggers whether or not a migraine has started.

Don’t wait until your next migraine. Download the My Migraine Triggers™ app and start tracking your migraines today.

It would be awesome if you could edit your entries. Like if new symptoms arise as the migraine goes on, instead of having to do a whole new entry, we could just edit the first one.

When I have a migraine it can last for up to 3 days, they don't give an option of more than 24 hrs. But then maybe my case is rare...

If it worked I guess it would be great. All I can do is make entries and review them. I can't access charts and everything else, App freezes when trying. Have a lot a data already input don't want to lose it. Guess I have to download another app, thanks for the migraine !!!

I am so glad that you came out with the commercial on the way things look when the begaining of a migraine on set. I have cluster migraines and have been fired because my manager had never had a migraine headache and I should have called in for myself. In the commercial she only see's for a moment, but that is what we see as headache starts and progresses until you are sick, light hurts and the vibration of your own voice hurts. Thank you for showing others how serious it can be.

I recently installed on new phone and can't sync data from the app on my tablet.... boooo! Now I have to start tracking on phone all over again and months of data is basically lost. Booooo.

X70%
by X####:

It's a good app, but what happens if you lose your phone, get a new one, or restore to factory settings? There needs to be a way to back up data and to create an account that can be reactivated with all previous data on a new device.

I really needed this butt i am uninstalling it today, when I try to use any of the other features I get the instructions menu that never goes away so I can't use it.

Can't view charts and summary. Directions pop up and won't go away unless you exit the app.

X70%
by X####:

I really like the app, but when I go to print it the charts get cut off on the sides... the charts are bigger than the page setup for printing.

K70%
by K####:

Not as nice as Headache Diary Pro/Lite. App freezes up on two different phones when trying to access the calendar or charts, so it's currently useless after creating entries. I bought Headache Diary Pro which has a nicer UI and more features anyway. Edit: just read other reviews with same lockup problem going back to 2013 when the app was last updated. Apparently it's been abandoned.

Can't view the summary. Pop up freezes and will not let me view anything else.

This app does a great job of helping you track your triggers. I love the charts, they are a quick, easy to read, visual of what might be causing your migraines. I wish it had similar charts for migraine frequency, times of day, and medication overall a great app.

A70%
by A####:

This app is easy to use. I haven't tried to edit any entries yet, but I'm hoping that won't be too hard. Things I'd like to see: suggestions or check boxes for therapies. Could be generic like OTC med, prescribed med , ice, rest, aromatherapy, massage or trigger point, etc. It would be nice to have a more encompassing pain scale (1-10) as most chronic migraine sufferers would have to rate like that if going to see a provider. Also there can be subtle differences between each number.

5 stars if I could get a monthly & weekly calendar view, instead of scrolling thru each day individually. I'd like to be able to SEE a pattern of one exists.

After the worst migraine of my life I looked to see if there were any apps to track my diet and activities and downloaded this one. So far it's working great and now I will be able to look back and see if I've eaten or done something to trigger a migraine. You can go back and edit an entry.

U70%

All I ask for is a way to back up the logs and this gets five stars!

U70%

For a free app it offers all you could want. You can edit almost any field to include your info and edit your entries if the migraine lasts longer than you thought.

It kept freezing couldn't use it.

R70%

One of the best loss for keeping track of migraines. Bit the export feature on the app is not working at all for me which makes it difficult to share the information with my doctor.

E70%
by E####:

This is the Best app I have found so far! I wish the migraine pain was on more than a mild-moderate-severe scale. I prefer the 5 to 10 point system. I will just add a note. I just need to remember to use it daily.

T70%
by T####:

Ability to log in and view results online (or enter and sync) would make it a great little app. As it is, it is good for quick entries when you're thinking about it. Nice charts etc. Would love the ability to back up tho.

D70%

Severity, frequency, and has a list of common triggers.

W70%

Unable to view chart and calendar. Description of how to use above selections will not go away hence blocking view of chart/calendar. Please fix then 5 stars.

D70%

The apps export section comes up with a pop-up that freezes the app very annoying. Turn that off, it will probably work then

Would give it 5 stars if it had a start and end time for pain rather than start time and then select number of hours pain last.

X70%
by X####:

I wish added items were alphabetized because when searching for new triggers every ingredient is important

X70%
by X####:

Like the questions it asks. Like the ability to add my own triggers. Needs the ability to use a 1 to 10 scale. I will be submitting this info to my doctor. Also really needs to get rid of the White screen. I try and use this while I have a migraine and with light sensitivity the white background is like being stabbed in the face.

X70%
by X####:

Can't print charts which would be helpful to my doctor.

When I'm having a migraine, it usually last 16 to 18 hrs but I wish that I can put the end date and time rather than try to calculate it myself - app should calculate for me. Also all my entries don't print out for my doctor; it only prints 1 month
