I have tried to contact via apps report option but the there was no reply or fix for the problems.First problem that app shows error message that "app stopped responding" when I try to open it from recent apps or reopened after using some other app. Secondly this app has a offline mode to be used when we dont have internet access instead when I open it without wifi or mobile data app displays message that thia app is not genuine go to play store and download again but works fine with internet.No Fix Yet

I have excellent WiFi and yet the loading bar never advances on some of these things. I have to exit the app and start the app over to try and get them to load. Such a waste of time! Also, it often can't even connect to the server! Really Needs Work! And WTF did I purchase the PRO for? Fix This App! Stops working and can't connect to server, Constantly, Even after uninstalling and reinstalling! Uninstalled Permanently this time!

It's endless, looping entertainment, and you'd have been a fool to not buy it... three years ago. That's how long it's been since Novagecko wrecked its interface, filled it with crippling bugs, then abandoned its development. The once vibrant community completely vanished. It's eerily vacant, like Chernobyl, but without a disaster to explain it.

I've sent emails and no customer support . Still no help. Where is the customer service ? Is this going to be taken off the market ? Maybe it should . Because if you pay for the pro version then you better hope you don't run into any problems . If you do you are SOL .... update - it's been over a week and still no customer service. Password recovery link doesn't work. Save your time and money. Don't buy the pro version . ...... update .... it's been a few weeks now . STILL NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT !!!!

I love this app but everytime I try to access the offline mode while I am not connected to the internet, it will tell me I do not have a real version of the App and then close. If this would be fixed I would love it even more.

Really good app go on it more or less everyday. But a few days ago it stopped loading videos, just the loading bar, so I baught the gif pro, but its doing the same thing. Unless this is fixed soon it will loose a lot of users. But again when it works brilliant app.

Would get 5 but it never hides seen GIFs... Every device I've had its never worked
