Screen orientation is correct (landscape), but the X & Y axis of movement are reversed, i.e.: up/down is left/right, and left/right is up/down. Developers: you have a one of a kind application here. Nobody else has developed a FLIR app for cardboard. Please fix and add features. I for one, would definitely purchase.

I was really excited when I put this on but then realized that no matter what orientation of the FLIR the image was sideways. If this was fixed it would be an amazingly cool gadget!

The image always being sideways effectively makes this app useless. Would be good if it wasn't for that. If you really want a flir one vr app, seatch for "DiveFlir"

Overall the app is very simple with barely any features other than displaying the composite Thermal IR/RBG image in VR. Unfortunately the FLlR image was rotated sideways, and there are no settings or options to fix that or anything else. My camera was plugged into the phone as the FLIR One was designed to be used (in the micro USB slot at the bottom of the phone with the camera facing away from me). It's reasonable to expect the app would function correctly with the standard FLIR One configuration, and the app maker doesn't clearly specify this in the app description (no warning, and they just direct you to their website for instructions...). There's another app on the market doing this (DriveFLIR), and while it's also limited, the orientation of the screen is correct, and so it works well with cardboard. Note to app maker: include settings for orientation.
