Update: search is working just fine. I love the fact that I can customize swipe actions. What bothers is teaching Notion which are the important emails. It's time consuming. Sorry guys, the intention is good but I cannot deal with all my emails.

by G####:

Love the smart notifications and radar feature! Missing some basic email features that would put it over the top: Really need to be able to filter for unread messages, copy/paste email addresses and save contacts to phone. Also would be great to be able to easily create calendar appointments from messages.

This app is okay but not quite ready for prime time. It's a good start, though, so perhaps I'll revisit it in the future.

K70%
by K####:

Every other email app I've used works so I know auto discover works on our end but it wont configire with this app and doesnt except manual settings copied from a working device, would love to try it but I can't

A70%
by A####:

Liking it so far, will give it a shot, however a deal breaker for me is i cannot have a rich text signature. Inbox by GMAIL is very similar to this and allows me to have a rich text signature.

G70%
by G####:

It doesnt show email beyond yesterday - is this by design?

X70%
by X####:

Search does not work and where do I see all starred messages? It should be easier to see which account is currently displayed. Sometimes no notification sometimes after I already read the mail. Now it just stopped working. Why does nobody respond?

I70%
by I####:

Could not even login to email account to try app. Does not auto populate email setting like every other email app on planet. Even after manually entering email setting the app would not login, with no error message displayed. Useless.

K70%

only found this today.. so far it's ok.. needs a lot more functionality and android wear integration.. not sure about the AI claim... but downloaded due to Amazon echo integration..

Please include calender for office 365 meeting invitation. Without this feature its no use

K70%

Interesting rethinking of the emailing application

K70%
by K####:

So convenient to see only website I care about and all the other junk easily filtered out. Plus, I only get notifications for what I care about so when I get one I know I should actually look

Great attempt using AI.. awesome UI... really helps to clear unimportant emails.. hope the developer keeps on improving it, especially the loading times..

very good mail client app! nice UI UX!

I really like the concept of Notion. It is effectively helping me to stay on track with my mails. There is a critical bug which makes me stop using it for some time though. After I press the send button and leave to app, the mail is not send. Mails are not automatically saved in drafts and outbox. I only noticed it when people started to tell me they were still waiting for my reply. Please fix it asap so that I can come back to this otherwise very helpful app.

I am one of those people who know what Inbox means. I tend to keep no more than 15 emails in it, the rest goes either to trash or one of the categories I use. I also design functionality of apps, this is my everyday work. About this one, it's a nice fresh breeze, yet it does not suit my usage scenario. What is too much: connection stats. What is missing: category colours. What's wrong: floating button not used for composing new mail, hidden categorisation, ignoring stars as priority.

Really nice, clean app. I've never had an issue with actually sending mail. Managing it, however, is a different story. It's extremely buggy. The most annoying is when I delete an email but it remains in my inbox until I've swiped on it at least 2 times. Definitely needs refining before I can use it full time.

I've been looking for a Mailbox replacement since it was retired and Notion comes achingly close to filling that void. 5 main issues that I've encountered 1. No swipe gesture to file an email, 2. You need to set separate swipe gestures for important and other emails (it would be nice to apply to both easily), 3. Notifications remain present even if I view an email on another device or in the browser. 4. Logos in email signatures are showing as downloadable 5. No ability to copy and email address.

I70%
by I####:

The "delete everything I don't care about" feature is incredible and having radar keep track of all unanswered questions is a godsend. A little buggy with sync (sometimes you have to refresh twice for all the email to load), but overall the best email email app I've ever used.

Upgraded from 1 to four stars. Liking this so far. Thanks for responding laura. Is there a manual anywhere - would like to get the most from this. Pretty cool and certainly different to most - well done for being genuinely different and innovative :) Keep up the good work. Sorry for former harsh comments

C70%
by C####:

Interesting concept but some serious bugs/flaws. Messages I've swept away several times keep coming back to the inbox. Also the accounts need better color coding to make it easier to choose a particular account or see which account a message in the unified list is coming from. Not using this app but I'll keep it installed just in case future updates fix this stuff.

K70%
by K####:

Not ready for release. Some good ideas, some not so good. "Insight" is genuinely idiotic and "radar" doesn't seem to work for my account. Coupled with a foundation that is way too minimalistic (and I even like minima) it's a pass for me. I'll likely try again some time and hope to rate better then.

K70%
by K####:

It automatically connected to my gmail, yahoo and hotmail, but did not automatically connect to my 3 office365 accounts, so unfortunately I can't use this to replace my built-in app that connects to all. I can't be hassled to find all the manual settings and try entering them, so I choose to uninstall this app instead. Edit: Gave it another go, and now an unknown error occured trying to add yahoo. Uninstalled again.

have never enjoyed opening my email, untill this came along. unfortunately the outgoing email stopped working (after working). re-adding the account, rechecking all the imap settings multiple times.. no luck. gmail works perfectly though.. hmm weird

K70%
by K####:

Still working through some bugs where emails that are in the inbox dissappear in Notion, even though they haven't been processed. Checked directly in Gmail, and they are there. Hope to get it worked out, because I love the look and feel of it.

L70%
by L####:

Was enjoying it, but current issues have made me considering switching to something else. When I click on an email link, it launches the Notion app, but doesn't populate the "To" field with the email link I clicked in the first place. Attempting to paste emails can cause the app to crash, and doesn't even paste sometimes, I've noticed this mostly when pasting in a Craigslist email, maybe it has to do with the format of those email addresses, idk. Lastly, why can't Notion use the default archive folder, it gets my messages all mixed up if I archive from another client vs using Notion.

K70%
by K####:

Pros: archive multiple emails with one click, reliable un/important mails labeling. Cons: takes long time to load emails, radar not working in Czech language, sometimes weird contact stats

I70%
by I####:

Great email app. My only problem is I'm not getting any notifications for any account I have setup. I have to open Notion and wait for it to fetch all the emails. On LG G3.

A70%
by A####:

Push notification don't work, I don't get notified the second when my e-mail arrives into the application. Plus I highly doubt this is very good idea to let an unknown application datamine my emails and then send the info off to god knows where and what they do there in secret with it. Anyone could take control over the AI and send off copies of my emails to secret services and governments and when hackers take it over they could do even more harm to us. There is no trust without clear outlining and I am not convinced by just a simple Privacy Policy stating this when anyone can do differently not abiding by things and living on the sidelines of lies.

K70%
by K####:

It's already better than Inbox, which is quite a feat for such a new app. I'll probably leave a more detailed review later on, but I'm reasonably happy with this app so far. I'd really appreciate a dark theme, though.

K70%
by K####:

1. conversation view 2. Different account colours in "All accounts" 3. Id like to open the app always in "All accounts" otherwise too many clicks every time. Cheers

I really loved it, the AI seem to be efficient ! but why 3 stars only ? because i ended up with a 1,1Go App on my phone with just 3 email accounts attached to it after 3months. Guys you should explicitly expose more advanced storage options in order the app to be effective on long term usage. Or give use the choice to better manage it + i end up waiting forever the app to display an email when offline (what's that huge cache for). I would give it 5* with at least "clean archived email" / "Never download attachements" / "clean attachement cache" / read & answer my emails "offline" Keep improving your app :)

K70%
by K####:

I have 3 accts I use this app for, and I only get notifications from 1 account. Also, it rarely keeps the emails from each account separate. When I try to only see the emails from 1 account, as soon as I scroll down it shows the emails from a different account. Very frustrating app

K70%
by K####:

Can you add a delete message option for the lock window notifications? I would also add a distinctive tone for incoming mails

F70%

Excited to see what's coming.

T70%

Looks great, feels great. Looking for a replacement to Newton/CloudMagic? This one right here does the trick.

K70%
by K####:

More hype than actual working features, i couldn't download attachments, used as dumb email client, fed up and removed it from phone

K70%
by K####:

Great email app and concept but the only thing missing that I really need is alias support.

K70%
by K####:

Repeatedly asks for permission for offline access, and does not seem to register the fact that I keep pressing "Allow." A solution would be great. I'm only doing this for Copy.
