Paid for the full version and it won't allow me to send report,only the summary, support is Horrendous and slow!! If you do get a response!!!

I work as a home inspector for a home inspection business. Every once and awhile, I have the opportunity to perform a home inspection on my own. When I do this, I don't want to use the software my company provides so I installed this on my phone. This is the best option I could find without paying a fortune or committing to monthly fees. If I ever start my own inspection business I'll probably upgrade to the desktop / mobile version.

app is another inefficient inspection program. The worst thing is the support for all of notice ware software is non existant. They suck as a company.

I proofread a report that I almost gave to a client and found multiple misspelled words. Examples are mold which the software had as mould. Also condition was spelled as condtion. It also keeps telling me I need to have an activation key after I have already purchased the app.

It's exactly what I need to do a quality report without paying a fortune

I have been using this app for a while now and love it. I do wish we could have a way to add drop down boxes and add in comments so when we use it over and over it is there to select. I would pay extra for extra features. Thank you for a great app I am glad I found it.

I just finished 4 hours of report and it now sends report in a different format that cant be opened.

It seems like it would be a great product, but it doesn't download. It keeps looking like it is going to, but never does.

I don't know why I have to pay a monthly fee or a PC program when this is available. Thank you guys for this app. It's just like my paper work version... But faster. I feel good. Keep doing this updates please and again thanks for all.

This is a great app for contractors, property managers, of course, inspectors and any other real estate professional. If you work in the real estate business or you own real estate, thus app delivers value. I have created several full property inspection reports using the app and this is what I found: Good - Easy to set up, easy to use, photos, voice input, editable fields, professional finish to the report, information. Bad The thing that I would like to see added is availability of data on all devices.

It's refreshing and rare to find a home inspection app that is a stand alone program and does not require you to commit to a continued payment plan! This app does everything I need and I love that I can create or customize templates to accommodate my needs! Keep up the fantastic work! EDIT: there is one minor improvement that I would like to suggest. I'd like to see a spell check feature or auto correct feature enabled. As it stands, I have to go through the entire report fixing spelling mistakes.
