About Email Note to Self

Email Note to Self is the quickest and easiest way to email yourself a note.

When you first open the app, you will configure it with your default email address that all future notes will be sent to.

From there on out, whenever you open the app, you will be able to immediately record a voice note, which is transcribed for you. You can easily edit & delete the note, and then click send to have it emailed to you!

ENtS is a great fit for quickly sending yourself ideas and reminders when you're on the road, or out and about.

Nice app Zach! I have tried two others and I like yours best. For me, I prefer microphone most of the time. I like that you stop the mic two seconds after I stop speaking. I also like your large text area so I can see even longer messages in their entirety without having to scroll up down left right. This is a problem with "Email to Self" and "Mail Myself" Please make your #1 by heading the following options. I would happily pay for these in a pro version. 1. Option to start microphone immediately when launching application. 2. Option to not show "success screen" popup after sending. 3. Option to automatically close application after sending. Samsung J7

simple and to the point. missing a trick or two though: voice record by default and option to send notes to self via social share link

Perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. One-click record a message and email.

Does exactly what I needed it to do. I use it in the car to send notes to myself and this app minimizes the interactions. Nice job!

This app is a masterpiece. Ten stars

Very reliable and easy way to speak a voice note, and have the converted text emailed to yourself.

I've been looking for an equivalent to JotBox for iPhone. This is it. Simple and straight forward. Good for when you use your inbox in setting up your tasks and to do items..

Wish there was a voice command to send the messages

Works. Good start but could use a few options. #1 option would be to open with voice input or keyboard. I absolutely never use voice input due to it's inaccuracy and rarely have a good data signal with T-Mobile. I can type my note faster! Perfect for me would be open with keyboard but have option for voice still on bottom. #2, I think the red/blue border is awful looking, let me turn it off please. #3 On the "Success" screen, offer another button to close the app instead of only going back to it. When I send a note, I`m done for awhile. #4 Needs option to re-send every X minutes if failed. (See T-Mo sux comment above)

Nearly on the verge of spending the time required to deal with making my own version of this application, a lucky search brought up email note to self. It does everything I could ask for in an application designed to send a note to myself, even going as far as having voice input which I was willing to forgo to find application that would open sans widget or home screen shortcut. The simplicity of this application greatly outstrips the other offerings in the marketplace. All for the always good cost of free!

Works as intended. The UI could use some improvement. The buttons are covered by the keyboard. The success message is pointless and you should really only be notified by a short pop up message instead. It would make the app flow much better. Also the background border with the red and blue dashes is fairly ugly. It would look much nicer if it was something like a post it note. I look forward to seeing improvements.

I am obviously biased since I had it developed in the first place, but I love it for sending myself ideas that I think of in the car. :-)
