It gets the job done, but there are some improvements needed for everyday use. Clicking address displays a blank page, instead it should open the Maps app directly. Wish there was a way to view patient's medication profile as well.

This app provides Perfect Home Health the mobility it needs especially for the field clinicians and staffs. Kudos to Note-e-fied!

1. App won't let you"update visit plan" resulting in needing to go back to paper route sheets. 2. I get a million notifications when 1 new visit is plotted for me. 3. I get a million notifications when I get 1 message on my mailbox, and a lot of times when I check my inbox, there isn't even a new message. 4. And some may disagree with me on this one, but I find it unnecessary to have a pulse rate and heart rate box in the vitals
