About Healthmemo - eHealth Records
HealthMemo is a smart solution that you can use to upload and maintain your personal health records electronically. Visiting a doctor for any illness, undergoing surgeries, and buying a new insurance plan brings with it many documents in all shapes and sizes like prescription slips, medical bills, lab reports, x-rays, insurance documents and more. Maintaining all these documents is tedious and it is not possible to carry them around at all times. Digital copies (soft copies) of these documents are rarely provided by the hospitals/clinics. The app is designed to bridge this gap with the help of the ubiquitous mobile phone.
Features:
- Maintain health records as images in a secure server repository with advance encryption technology.
- Access them during any hospital visit or in case of an emergency.
- Capture and Upload the health records using the phone’s camera from within the app or choose from the phones gallery.
- Also upload insurance records, mentioning details like the plan name, policy number, maturity date and other related notes.
- Access the Medical records, modify them, add/delete more records.
- Mail the documents to yourself, or download it to your mobile phone.
- HealthMemo uses your Mobile Data or WiFi (when available).

I liked this app as I can now store all my medical records.One fault I noticed is that in the summary of documents, it is showing the date of uploading instead of the date of report entered.If this is rectified,and they are exhibited in the order of report date,it will be very convenient to retrieve data of particular period.

Health memo is the only apps I have ever seen dedicated for self medical record maintainance. Perhaps who can maintain a perfect and complete health record for us? Centpercent privacy and designed as user friendly as it could be use by your care seeker even in the emergency period with your credentials to treat you better with out delay. I had experience with my bro' who met with accident 2013 and spent more than 40000 INR though it took 8hrs to know his past health record then proceed the treatment..

Gone are those days we maintained our health records in papers and files. Lot of chances of missing our Health Records. Now we are in the digital world. This app has given me the opportunity to have my Health Records available digitally any where any time on my mobile device. Very simple and easy to use App

Very good app. I am uploading old reports..... While uploading reports it's asking me date of reports which is very good feature for uploading previous reports; but in upload summary page it is showing date on which report was uploaded and not the date of report.... In fact filter option is also applied on record upload date.... Request you to add report date in summary and also allow user to filter on report date. It's easy to remember Dr visit date instead of record upload date
