Old version much better I think I've gotten 7 notifications on one order it is very distracting. if I can downgrade I will be. Too much wasted white space need more information in a more compact way

New version is now working for my S7! Thrilled to be accepting & working for my favorite people at Bancserv! APP is very user friendly and so convienent...just like Bancserv. Thanks!

Desperately needs notification sounds fixed. Either use the default sound for the phone our let us set a custom tone. You can't hear the one it uses, so you miss signings. This app needs decline options like snapdocs has, a reason why we're declining and the ability to put in alternate fees when we decline.

Tried to install on my samsung S7 but it said there were no eligible devices to install on. This is probably why I don't get any work from Bancserv.

Needs to allow us to change notification sound. If you are not next to your phone you cannot hear the sound and you miss work opportunities.

I can no longer view orders with the new version.

It work great everything it done completed

New versión is not working on my S7 either. I get notifications for new order request, but when I open it, it doesn't show the new order. I'm worry that I maybe missing signing opportunities.

Very helpful app. I like how I can call directly from the app and map the appointment location. Any way you could add a way to scan in UPS and FedEx labels?

Can't adjust screen size. Tried to complete an order, but couldn't scroll down to page 2. Great idea, but needs a lot of work.
