PocketTorah Trope

I never learned Torah trope, and my son is now preparing for becoming bar mitzvah. This app has the common trope combinations and also lets me hit individual trope for when the portion has a less common combination. I can hear the notes and work with my son.

Trope show up nicely on my Samsung Tab 3, 7-inch but not on my Note 3. Frustrating. I can't imagine that after initial install they wouldn't appear. I have checked settings and there is no way to turn them off....not sure why you would want to....but they don't appear either in red or black....I tested at various font sizings. Your help appreciated. Can use my tablet of course but would love to have it work on my phone as well. Rabbi/Cantor Anne Heath. P.S. Why is the trope different on PocketTorah?
