TAGinspect bietet den Nutzern der durch MW10 vertriebenen webbasierten Qualitäts - und Fahrzeugmanagementsystemen einen einfachen Weg, ressourcenbezogene Kontrollprozesse mittels SmartPhone durchzuführen.
Hierzu werden die entsprechenden Ressourcen (Geräte, Zeugnisse, Führerscheine, …) mit einem speziellen QR-Code Aufkleber versehen. Durch das Scannen des QR-Codes mit dem Iphone wird die entsprechende Ressource aufgerufen und die möglichen Kontrolloptionen zur Verfügung gestellt.
Über die graphische Benutzeroberfläche können Kontrollwerte (z.B. Messwerte, Führerscheinklassen, etc.) eingegeben werden.
Der Kontrollvorgang wird abschließend durch die Eingabe der Nutzer - PIN bestätigt. Alle erfolgreichen Kontrollvorgänge werden mit ihrer Wertigkeit (Eigenprüfung, Fremdprüfung, Leiterprüfung) in der Datenbank des jeweiligen Managementsystems gespeichert und der entsprechende Kontrollprozess im jeweiligen Managementsystemen abgeschlossen. So ist es möglich, Kontrollprozesse direkt und an jedem Ort abzuschließen.
Der Gang zu einem festinstalliertem Computer und das doppelte Notieren von Messwerten entfällt ebenso, wie das Suchen nach Prüflisten.
Auch das Zuweisen von QR-Code - Aufklebern zu einer Person oder einer Ressource ist mittels der App möglich.
Die entsprechenden Kontrollprozesse können über die Managementsyteme als Serientermine oder Zufallstermine eingestreut werden. Auch eine durch den Mitarbeiter initiierte Ad-Hoc - Prüfung ist möglich.

Jeder User kann TAGinspect kostenlos herunterladen und sich mit seinen üblichen Zugangsdaten einloggen, nachdem er das Kürzel seiner Organisation unter dem Menüpunkt „Optionen“ eingegeben hat.
Die Eingabe des Organisationskürzels ist notwendig, um den entsprechenden Server der jeweiligen Organisation auswählen zu können.

Da die App mit den Servern der Managementsystemen kommunizieren muss, ist eine Verbindung zum Internet notwendig. TAGinspect
