I'm not particularly computer-savvy guy, but based on my limited experience I know exactly how I'd build an infinitely superior app. The app was incredibly clunky, it was impossible to edit your own data, and the support was beyond atrocious. On two separate occasions the app went down for a full day. Not to mention how laughably terrible the phonebanking component was. Just stay away.
