Pull Ups Workout for Android
Great app to start with, if you are new to pull ups, I definitely recommend this app.
This app does it purpose which to remind you to do more activity and gradually increase the intensity; however, as you get further into the program the flaw lies with rest periods.
How can I buy it to get rid of those pesky ads ?
Its a very good app as it creates a level of doing pull up according to our strength....

Helps me get back on track without pushing myself past my limits. Getting stronger daily and I can see a little bit of leanness developing again. A definite must for beginners and people wanting to get stronger and don't know where to start
I love the app ,but dosnt say how many times a week to do it,ive been looking for bicep and tricep app but use dont hav one,u should look into that
Always stuck on loading screen "you are your only limit" The self counting thing is good but could be better...

I use the push up and pull up app for so long and it was a good help for tracking my progress!
