Had a S-4 and the app worked great. Now I have a S-6 and it sucks. I can only see half of the words. How can I fix this?

This application is absolutely invaluable for the EMT/Paramedic. All the NC Protocols/Procedures/Policies and drug lists (in full color) at your fingertips. To print all this material, in color, would have cost me over $120 and would have to be constantly scrutinized for updates. Works great on my S4, even in rural areas with no service. I contacted the developer when the Ebola protocols were released. In less than a few hours, I received a reply from him thanking me for letting him know and in less than 24 hours, an application update containing the new procedures. If you have an issue, either Menu>Refresh or check the store for an update. All else fails, remove and reinstall. Worst comes to worst, don't blast the developer in a comment, send him an email, he is a pleasure to work with (and no, I was not paid for this review).

So much faster and easier than the book to find anything you need to treat, like med dosages. Dont understand other bad reviewers, works fine my Note 3

Got the new update now nothing will open. Closed and reopened the app and restarted my phone, opened the app and it wont do anything

App keeps closing pages after about 30 secs; page wont fully load upon opening; can't zoom in/out. Didnt pay $13 for an app that will half a** work. Worked properly before last update. Please fix.

First day, app did great. Ever since then app will not open. I even uninstalled. I want a refund!!!

App seems to keep saying already open ... I found the problem. You must have a pdf viewer installed. That fixed the issue... great program

I commend the developer and NCOEMS for creation of this app. It is very user friendly and has everything we need to refer to protocols, drug list, peds, skills, and useful extra in the field tools. I recommend spending the $10.00
