This specific app is designed for the use of the event coordinators for 'behind the scenes' organization. Details such as volunteers, food, drinks, entertainment, Emcee, raffle donations, floor plan of event, day of roles, set up requirements, etc.
It also is for the general public to view the event details, sponsors and their websites, what auction/raffle items we are going to have at the event, map to show where the event is and entertainment, press, pictures and other areas that the guests/public would be interested in.
