Galaxy J7 This app is amazing, I can find all the schedules for everything and I can purchase my rta passes on here too. The only kink ...is when your looking at the schedules time, it keeps moving on its own making it hard for to pin point the correct time!

App does not allow to re-use saved credit card info. You have to re-enter everything in order to pay. Hate to miss the bus, standing there re- typing card info. Other than that the app is usable, I like it.

Great app . I use it all the time. It is very convenient. Just show the driver your pass and keep walking. Taxes are only 0.50 more than you'll pay in cash but it's worth it. Customer service is good they'll refund you immediately if there is an issue.

Do not save your credit card when given the choice, because it will freeze at the point of final payment, i.e. input card info with each purchase. Otherwise, it works. Also, it doesn't go into portrait mode, so you can't see all the columns of bus times

Easy & convenient The 50 cent charge is per order not per ticket. You have to select the tab for multiples. I buy 7 at a time & it's worth it. No more digging for change ..... I'm happy

Awful app. Route map is just a PDF. Service alerts opens a web page. Horrible font. And 50¢ fee on tickets—25%!—is just plain absurd. Just bring cash!

1 thing about RTA their always gonna be a minute early directly on time or a millisecond late! I love it! Yall need to go train JET because their always super late and have ppl late for work! I love Orleans parish buses but Jefferson parish bus line sucks and need to be shut completely down! Thanks yall for always being on time

The application is a rip-off. They charge you extra hidden fees per charge. No offline map. I've had the Os version. That one is $6 but at least they have maps.

The option for entering payment details can't cope with international users! Not all zip/postal codes are numeric. The field doesn't even display the alphanumeric keyboard. It allows numeric only. Even cutting and pasting a valid postal code fails. This app needs a rethink and decent testing. If a small steamboat company on the Mississippi can make multi ticket family passes work with no problem, RTA should be able to!

WARNING! For every ticket you buy through this app you have to pay a $0.50 "convenience fee". This fee, which surely goes to the contracted app developer that charged the city four times a competitive rate to develop a bad app, makes these tickets PROHIBITIVELY EXPENSIVE. The whole point of transit passes going digital is it should reduce the cost to the user due to much less handling and logistics compared to paper. We should pay less to use digital tickets, NOT MORE! Complete fail!

I have been using this app for months with no issues. Now I tried to get my month pass with my debit card and it tells me my card has expired. The card expires in 2018 and it's still 2016 can you please fix this mess!

The app works well, but it would be beneficial to travelers to have notifications of when/if the ferry is out of commission or running late. If I'm going to spend $65 for a monthly pass, then I should at least be able to be notified if the ferry isn't running. Also there are way too many people using the ferry in Chalmette for RTA to use the "small" ferry during the week.

Great app very convenient but this app gives you the option to purchase multiple passes at once which is pointless. I purchase two 5 day passes at the same timd and they both expired at the same time which caused me to spend $30 on one five day pass. RTA reimburse me but I think it's ridiculous the option even exist on the app for passes that are active immediately and aren't stored in your ticket wallet

App needs some serious work. I couldn't even add a CC as the expiration date wouldn't register. The Plan Route portion doesn't work, kicks to Google Maps and you get an error. The route map is a static PDF or image, doesn't smoothly scale and isn't interactive. The final kicker is they want to charge YOU a "convenience" FEE to buy tickets. REALLY?! We're saving you money and we get charged to use your app??? Nope, I'll buy on the bus/trolly! Wake up RTA.

The default when adding a new card is Jan 2015, and no matter what I select, it never changes. I'm completely unable to add a payment and this is unusable.

The app wants to access my photo files. Why? I have photos that I may not want to share. Especially with RTA. Why does it need this permission in order for me to buy tickets to ride the streetcar and bus?! No thanks
