1. How secure is Binge?
Your card data is stored in a PCI DSS compliant vault and is completely secured using "Tokenisation". Only when you want to settle your bill, your card information is sent directly to the bank for verification. All communications and data are secured with 256-bit AES encryption. Even if you lose your phone, your stored card information is safe.
2. Why do I need to have a Binge ID?
Binge ID helps us uniquely identify our customers. This also means that you don’t need to share any personal information, like your mobile number, with your server at the restaurants.

Very bad service first I could not pay at the mean time and all I left with was 10K in ola account with no refund back option. I raised concern with the Binge team which they are still not replying back. I am thinking of suing the company for bad service Hello reviewing back this app. Via mail I was communicated to get the feature in ola to withdraw in a month Its been 5 months

Doesn't accept international credit cards. Non-residents are much more likely to give credit card details to an app. Unfortunately, this app takes the details but doesn't let you use it. Completely useless for NRIs like me. Another problem was that it said it'll give a 10% discount, but it didn't show on my app until I asked for it. Such a scam. Also, it doesn't let you delete your card once you give it your info. It says deleting, but the card details stay there.

Firstly - it doesn't allow me to delete a card that I must add when I install the app. Second - it didn't allow me and a friend to split the bill. Third - didn't allow us to "Checkin In" at the restaurant we were at. Teething problems maybe - but when these are integral features for your app, you would expect them to be working fine. Heck, when it involves a credit card/money, you would expect them to be more careful.

The payment I made through the app at prost Koramangala did not reflect in their system for quite a while. So much so that I was asked to stay back till the matter was resolved. Frankly, it was embarrassing.
