AutoRotation Control

WARNING on android 6 you must disable power saving for this app otherwise it will not work. I've been using this for years, I was exasperated by having to turn off rotation when reading in bed. This is the only app that does it automatically.

This app does not help with that regardless of the settings (it does not enable autorotate if not already on) If it did that I would give it 5 stars

The latest Galaxy S6 update has broken the app.

This has worked perfectly on all my devices bar my tablet, for some reason the native rotation controller keeps taking control again. Very annoying.

It would be great if you could also have an option to disable the upside down rotation (180 degrees I think they call it). Maybe an option that lets you choose which rotations to disable as a multiple checkboxes like cyanogenmod supports? That would be great!

I've tried 4 or 5 different rotation control apps and this is by far my favorite. Allows me to maintain landscape mode on camera without losing the ability to browse the internet in portrait while lying down. Also, thanks for not having a ton of frightening permissions! One thing: is it possible to restrict rotation preferences to individual apps? There are only 2 or 3 that I would ever want to rotate and it's slightly annoying to change the universal setting.

If they could remove so it's only left or right, it would be super cool. On galaxy note greatest phone ever !!!

Works great! Now can read in bed without it flipping on me. Wish it would last through reboot of phone.

My autorotation, was intermittently working, tried other apps, but this one works, even after reboot! The only real problem, is the inefficent use of battery, could be five stars if fixed.

Rather than disabling right/left rotation, would it be possible to just specify *one* vertical and *one* landscape orientation? That would be far more practical than the current implementation and useful for those of us who'd always like the same relative screen position to our hardware buttons.

Awesome thanks! I have an Ascend with cm6 and sometimes the screen gets stuck in landscape until you reboot (known bug). This solved the problem :)

Great app, but it doesn't let my phone go into the Deep Sleep CPU state when the screen is off. Battery life drops from 15hrs a day to 5-6 hrs a day

This was exactly what I was looking for. This will work till I find out how to do it without having this service running.

doesn't prevent Zeam from rotating. sideways just forces it to 180° (if rom allows). Uninstall.
