Nordstrom Rack

Won't let me sign in! Tells me I have an invalid email address. Apparently they don't want my money... This is especially disappointing because the deals are great on good brands. This app needs fixed!

Always encounter a server error when I try to check out and have to move to a desktop, risky frustrating. Tried changing my shipping address and again, error. Need to change my password because I forgot mine and it makes you enter your old one to change it. Well that's the main problem, I don't remember it! Frustrating app for sure.

YOU SHOULD HAVE US HAVE FAVORITES AND THOSE FAVORITES SHOULD ALERT THE GUEST IF THEY HAVE NOT BEEN PURCHASE, SEND NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT PRICING UPDATES..im a loyal customer and this would be much appreciated

Worst app I have ever encountered

This app just doesn't work, so frustrating! !

Will not ship to Soldiers stationed abroad. Will not support them unless they support our troops.

My favorite shopping app!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!! No guessing on sizes it even tells me what my best size would be! Hasn't failed me yet! And I've been able to buy beauty products with confidence because of the freat information provided without worry and at amazing prices. I'm a label junky! You get what you pay for, and love quality clothing, shoes etc and now I can afford what I want without breaking the bank! It's my little secret I don't share with my co workers!!

Was delighted to find this app, but after browsing through hundreds of plus size clothing, I found that I've seen much more stylish clothing at Wal-Mart. Very disappointing. Didn't find one item I would have liked to buy.

No problems. Not once has it not worked for me. Sometimes an item will be sold out after I sent my order but that would happen at website too.

The UPC scanner didn't work on any of the four items I tried it on, and now Nordstrom Rack won't use their scanners to tell you where they have inventory, but their suggestion to use the app didn't work either, so is there any way to get help with this anymore?

I am trying to place an order but the shipping address section won't accept my phone number. So frustrated and I can't call customer service until tonight.

Love this store I have ordered things and got the right merchandise every time and very quickly!!

So far so good. I am new to shopping with these companies, but I think it is going to be a good experience. Merchandise is top quality, good variety.

I love all the variety of shopping- from cosmetics to designer sofas to 80% off sales on name brand linens, skincare, and fashion for the entire family, (not just me). It just covers every possible venue beautifully! I LOVE IT!

Very bad customer service, I placed an order and after 4 days they just cancelled one item of my order, they didn't even bother to tell me or notify me, they just go ahead and cancelled it, it was a gift to my brother he really liked it, I called the customer service to see what's going on, they told that they're sorry, and the item was out of stock, and they're going to refund me, and that's it, no credits no official email or any kind of customer service that makes you feel important to them, I don't recommend shopping with nordstrom rack and this is my last order, and I'll return it of course

I like app...but it could benefit from a wish list...so i don't loose the items in my cart
