I've been using this app for a week along with a couple of other core strengthening apps. But most my workout comes from using this particular app. I've switched it up a bit..I've added an extra set onto my workout. I feel I get better results. I use 20lb dumbbells. Nothing too light or heavy. Lifting 40lb weights when squatting. I've lost 5lbs in 6 days. Haven't changed up my diet yet. The only downfall for some that may not be used to certain routines are that the depictions don't always load.

There is only one routine. Could benefit from a workout calendar and some advice on dumbbell weights to use. You also need a bench and a ball to do the 30 day challenge. Would love to see/hear people's reviews that have actually completed the 30 day challenge.
