Engel TS

Ziel war und ist eine Anwendung zu erstellen, die sprach- und/oder hörgeschädigten Personen ermöglicht einen Notruf über SMS aus einem deutschen Handynetzt schnell, unkompliziert und möglichst landesweit abzusetzen. Dieses soll die APP "EngelTS" ermöglichen. Das Absetzen eines differenzierten Notrufs ist innerhalb von 10 Sekunden möglich.

Die Daten "Art des Notfalls und Anzahl der verletzten Personen" aktiviert der Notrufende per Bildschirmberührung. Diese werden automatisch mit den persönlichen (bei der Installation gespeichert) Daten + Rufnummer + Name + „Nicht sprach- oder hörfähige Person“ und den aktuelle GPS-Koordinaten (+ Genauigkeit) zu einer Notruf-SMS gebündelt.


Die gebündelte Notruf-SMS kann auf ZWEI WEGE verschickt werden!

Die NORMALEINSTELLUNG soll es dem Anwender ermöglichen innerhalb der "SMS-Notrufgebiete" einen Notruf an eine SMS-Notrufzentrale (wird automatisch ausgewählt) zu senden. Der Notruf wird an die nächstgelegen SMS-Notrufstelle (s.u.) per Bildschirmdruck übertragen. Falls Rückfragen entstehen sollten, so ist automatisch der SMS-Weg aktiviert und kann zur weiteren Kommunikation mit der Notrufzentrale genutzt werden.

Die DEMOEINSTELLUNG kann in allen Ländern (außerhalb und innerhalb der SMS-Notrufgebiete) genutzt werden! Sie stellt eine Erweiterung zur NORMALEINSTELLUNG dar und ermöglicht eine Notrufsendung außerhalb und innerhalb der SMS-Notrufgebiete an ein eigens gewähltes Ziel (SMS to SMS). Falls Rückfragen entstehen sollten, so ist automatisch der SMS-Weg aktiviert und kann zur weiteren Kommunikation mit der Notrufzentrale genutzt werden.

Somit hat der Notrufende immer zwei Möglichkeiten und es entsteht eine hohe Flexibilität und eine umfassende Einsatzmöglichkeit!

Die Anwendung ist als ein Assistenzsystem zur schnellen, effektiven und einfachen Erstellung einer Notruf-SMS zu verstehen und nutzt die bereits vorhandenen SMS-Notrufsystem der Bundesländer die eigene Systeme bereits implementiert haben im NORMALMODUS. Dieses sind momentan:

Die APP und der NORMALMODUS ist grundsätzlich national (weitere Bundesländer) und international (z.B. Schweiz, Österreich) erweiterbar. Beim entstehen von weiteren kompatiblen SMS-Notrufgebieten kann und wird die APP zügig national und international erweitert!

Die DEMOEINSTELLUNG (Der zweite Weg) erweitert das vorhandene SMS-Notrufgebiet (NORMALMODUS) und macht die APP unabhängig nutzbar von den vorhandenen SMS-Notrufzentralen.
