Sleepy si divide in 3 sezioni:
- accedendo alla prima sezione, visualizzata in automatico al primo avvio, potrete immettere l'ora in cui dovete svegliarvi e l'applicazione automaticamente vi dirà a quali orari dovete andare a dormire.
- accedendo invece alla seconda sezione saprete, in base all'ora attuale, in quali orari dovete svegliarvi per un gran risveglio.

All'interno dell'applicazione è possibile visualizzare anche una guida rapida per l'uso.
