Dropped calls, intermittent disconnect, and recently they changed their logo so user can no longer locate their app on their phone. And can no longer login. Engaged customer service twice for an hour they tried to help but can not do a crap. Update on 3.13.2017, waited for sms on my phone, fail. No call either. Everyone ffucking use this app there always some type of proven

Seems I will be breaking up with my girlfriend because I used to be a client to this app calling with little hitches and now I can't even sign in my country code to get access to the app to call her.Could anyone suggest another calling app for me please?

Everytime I call Australia I hear them, but they can never hear me. Been ongoing now for ages. Everytime it's some excuse, then it works, then the next time it doesn't. Very frustrating.

I've used it since it was released but it no longer functions since I upgraded to a Galaxy 7. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but I don't receive the confirmation text to get started.....

After 10 (ten) attempts to receive a verification SMS, I have up. Deleted.

Rubbish I can't even get into it because it won't send a pin to my phone to verify my number I see other people are having the same problem with this app and from your replies you seem to be aware of this I think you need a refund from the app development team because somewhere someone messed up

Not working on moto X. Have since tried it on HTC and had problems getting SMS confirmation to activate. Then had problems with call quality. Then got new HTC and still can't get SMS to activate. Not a good app.

Change prices without notice, won't work with Bluetooth, interrupts other apps while running

Can it access credit as SMS confirmation doesn't work.

Can't access app after spending $50

Here are the major issues:1- I can not pay with paypal on my phone. 2- if you call while you are on wifi, you can not talk with you wireless headphone. 3- the quality of call while you are on wifi is poor. 4- when you use the access code option, 1 out of 3 times the access code is not valid. Now the good things: the app is cool. Customer service with chat is available in the app. You can dial the foreign numbers in your contact easily

It worked great - then I changed my phone and when re-installing, it wouldn't verify my number. Now it seems that I've lost $20 credit. And there's no number to call customer service. I'm so disappointed because I loved this app and told everyone about it! :(

Absolute rubbish app, noisy call, call drop and other bad call experience. This is the worst international calls I have ever made. I regret buying the elephant bundle. Sit up and develop a good app before selling rubbish app to people.

Quality is relatively okay, but not great. Even worse, after the last update (version 2.9, November 2016) the app is using most of my battery. You have to fix this, or I will have to uninstall it.

Too high rates to india. 0.018 $ . Can get more cheap in other apps

Some times it does not connect and my credit will be charged, after along call it start repeating the beginning of my conversation.

Please don't waste your money, it's a terrible app. No one hears my voice when I call. I already exhausted more than half the airtime I bought ($15). And I did not enjoy a minute of the conversation.

This is the worst calling card I ever bought from internet I can't make a call I keep on calling for help no body can solve the problems I have with their calling card.my family can't hear me when I talking to them and the worst part of it your minutes will be going , going with out making any call this service is a mess they customer service does not have any experience

You don't get your 5 Minute free call to try it and live help isn't live. This app is just a big lie

This used to work but after I took an update I'm getting a SIM card error on my CDMA phone! Please allow me to dial from my CDMA phone.

Recently started this calling and the folks am speaking to can't hear me,so frustrated and even to update the app,haven't seen where and how to update,just have plenty units of credit and can't use it,it's terrible, Noble app please do something

Everyone I called throughout my experience with this application complained the can't hear a word I said, I tired contacting help support, they were very helpful but couldn't fixed the problem.
