expensive app. should be named IGO next gen of taking your money. ok,u bought the app... i think its crazy u have to rent!!! map extensions if u go abroad. and if u rent the really expensive extensions, then u can use it only on one!!!! device??? are u serious? . really dissapointed dont buy לא לקנות

לא עובד בסוני z5 אחרי עידכון לאנדרואיד 7 נוגט,לא מוצא מקלט gps,גוגל מפות עובד מעולה וגם וויז,כך שזה בעיה בigo עצמו. ממשק מיושן ומסורבל,לא שווה שקל.

If you have igo primo you better stay on it, the new Gen igo just not functioning well. Im Using it everyday & feel sorry for myself for not staying in primo (well i didn't had any choice). The app closes and restart at least twice a day, the quick menu is out, the saving and erasing route choice is a big hussle, the optimization of stoping points is crappy, the list of stop point is starting at the bottom on display, there is no way to count your stop points, or to review them, every touch on the screen changes the view and it's a risk of erasing your planned route.. I must save every route for safety now.. still this is the most efficient navigation system out there and if I on the road all day, that's the best u can have.. I wish the fussion with primo would have been better and and the designers will get of their wishes to get all in one and provide us with a simpler and practical navigation.

New version with nothing in the new online shop ...Offer install the free igo and pay twice for the some map....:(

בתיאור ובפרסומות כתוב שניתן לרכוש או לשכור מפות נוספות דרך האפליקציה. אחרי ששילמתי, ניסיתי ולא מצאתי איך אפשר. פניתי לחברה וזו התשובה שקיבלתי (ציטוט): "שכירות אין כרגע באנדרואיד, אנו מקווים כי בעתיד הקרוב יהיה ניתן לבצע זאת. לצורך רכישה, יש להוריד את אפליקציית IGO NAVIGATION (אפליקצייה נפרדת) ובחנות הפנימית בה ניתן לרכוש את מפות חו"ל הרצויות." כלומר לא התוכנה הזו ואין אפשרות לשכור. אם זה לא רמאות מה כן? גם תגובת החברה שהם לא אשמים אלא גוגל היא היתממות וחוסר לקיחת אחריות. אם הייתם מחלקים את התוכנה חינם או מחזירים את הכסף למי ששילם וגילה לאחר מעשה את כל סיפורי הסבתא שלכם הייתם יכולים למכור את הסיפורים האלה. לא החזרתם כסף על תוכנה שלא עושה את מה שאתם מפרסמים. נקודה = גנבים.

פריסת מקלדת מוזרה ולא נוחה,למה שלא יבוצע שימוש במקלדת המובנת של המכשיר? למצוא אות זאת משימה.האייקון של האפליקציה הוא אחד המכוערים והמיושנים למראה.

קווים מוזרים בתצוגת 2D. התוכנה לא זזה.

בעדכון האחרון התוכנה לא מוצאת את האות של הלוויין

גם לאחר שנה ולאחר 5 ו-6 עדכוני גרסה, לא הוספתם הגדרות גובה, משקל וחומ״ס למשאית. למרות שהבטחתם זאת כבר בעדכון הראשון. שקרנים... אין לי מילה אחרת.

no support online at all , what ever you need you will get same answer - come to Herzliya to the office during the working time with your phone , you also can not buy the Europe maps other way than going there for them to install it , not recommend it ...

It was stupid idea to buy this crap. It is second time app doesn't work after updating it just stuck in all my device s galaxy s2 and note 3 can't press any button on app. BE CAREFUL DON'T BUY IT!!!!

Maps are not updated as in Waze but it is very good for navigation as a pedestrian - where Waze is not helpful at all.

I purchased this for the offroad capability, but it was a complete disappointment. (1) The offroad maps are not included with the app, but rather need to be downloaded from the site and manually copied onto the Android device in an obscure directory. (2) The igo site contains links to three downloads for the offroad maps. The first part worked, but the second part leads to a non-existent file, and for the third part the instructions on the site don't match the content in the file. (3) When I called the support line to find out how to install the content from the third file (containing the routes), they said they would only help me if I drove out to their office in Herzelia (a two hour drive for me). When I asked to speak via telephone to a manager or to a developer, they flatly refused, and said they only allow customers to speak to managers if they show up in person in Herzelia (!!)

The last update from 30.08.2013 doesn't work gave on galaxy s2 the error is : global_cfg not found . Too bad that it was no tested before released. Paid a lot of money for nothing The same error after update to 03.09.2013 update , very bad !!!
