Choxi

I ordered a purse, good price, sure. But I still haven't gotten any shipping info and it's been 3 weeks!! They take your money as soon as you place your order, but they're in no hurry to ship it. I've emailed customer service twice and both times I get the same rehearsed reply. I won't order from here again.

I used to have the Nomorerack app and had no problem at all getting there. But now with this new app, I click on the email it sends me and it never connects. Could it be because I have an android? Anyone one else have same problem?I'm going to delete this app and reload it. Wish me luck!...Nope it didn't let visit through the app

Sad to say that I will not be ordering from choxi anymore. I've been with them since they were nomorerack... When it was an awesome company. Now, the last 3 or so orders haven't come, shipped 4 weeks later, etc. The app sucks and I'm moving over to zulily. :(

I have no idea what has happened to this company. I have been purchasing from nomorerack - now Choxi - for years without issue. However, my last order was riddled with issues from items not making it from the app order to the order received by Choxi, to delivery being stalled for weeks with no explanation, rewards codes not being applied, and once finally received, not being correct. Extremely frustrating.

Cancelled my order after being told that my order was shipped then when I called back to inquire about it was told it was still being processed. They are quick to take out your money but very slow to send their product they state 10-14 days for delivery but it was more than 3 weeks and no product. Very disappointed!

I ordered products from this company and never received it. They lied and said it had been shipped to just be patient but could not provide a tracking number. I asked for a refund and was given the run around. So long story short "no product and no return of my money" Be very careful!!

Choxi application works great. Too bad the integrity of the company's they work with aren't worth a hoot! Ordered products 2 months ago and still have not received them, and Choxi has not responded to my emails! Good deals if you have money to burn!

I purchased Bluetooth headphones from them in April, and still don't have them. Can't get a refund because they already shipped. (Supposedly) Although, customer service lies to you! According to DHL, they haven't scheduled a pick-up yet. According to Choxi, I should have had them today. No such luck. Done with their unethical business practices.

Ordered something on May 15. Today is June 2 and still nothing! No email telling me it's shipped, no product in hand and when I tried using the customer service email it logged out completely! Nothing but problems! They are lucky to even get one star from me! They only got one because that's the only way to tell everyone that this app SUCKS!!!

***Update*** The site has closed down and filed for bankruptcy back in Nov '16. There is a Facebook page for complaints...... deals used to be a lot better. Now they have upped their prices and the selection is not as good. Plus there are now other sites like this.

If I could do 0 stars I would. They won't ship your entire order in timely fashion. Can't keep up their end on shipping guarantees. If you like Internet thrifting best to use Groupon. Not this lame company.

The last two orders I've placed after MONTHS could not be fulfilled they finally tell me but only after I inquired?! Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

I used to love this app. Shipping was fast and easy. Now I can't get anything I ordered. My last three orders were bought 2 months ago and still haven't shipped. The order before that was refunded because they didn't ship for three months. You've been warned.

Today I was forced to join almost TWO THOUSAND OTHERS in filing a BBB complaint against this company. They do not answer their phone or respond to emails. They have my money and stopped processing orders!! They have a ONE STAR BBB RATING. AVOID!!

I wish I had more $ and I liked their other name better..... Wow I was wondering why I can't go on the site. Apparently they messed up. They were my #1 go to place. I am really sad now but I am glad I am not one of those that didn't get my items. I hope they work it out but not holding my breath. They are Deep in the hole. :(

Don't shop here! They don't honor their own coupon of saving $15 . I order a product through my android phone and didn't see a place to enter the savings code for 15. I figured no big deal i will just call there customer service and they can correct it .Well... after i made the purchase they told me its too late they cant change anything ...not even a credit! I asked to talk to a manger and i swear he just handed me off to the person next to him!! Grrrrr!! terrible customer service!!!

I ordered a dress on 9/2 and it is now 9/20 and no dress. I reached out to customer service and still no response after the promised 24 hours. I surely won't be using CHOXI again and hope others won't as well. You get what you pay for is all I'm going to say.

Horrible customer service. The company isn't honest; No integrity!!! They'll take your money NO problem. Instead of resolving an issue they're quick to cut you off as a customer, even if you're waiting on items that you already paid for. They'll cancel shipments, but where's the refund? This company shouldn't be in business!!! Nomoreeack was much better. I'll join all the others, by reporting these scammers to the BBB.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are a scam! Check their reviews. They will take your money, never ship product and good luck trying to get a refund. You'll need a lawyer.

You will not be able to resolve any of your issues. You will have to fill out a dispute with your bank for the goods you don't receive. Save your time and money. SKIP THIS APP!!! Company in BANKRUPTCY, so don't order from them. I've used them in the past and they were great but now they are letting you order and have no plans to fill orders. I have 3 orders over due 2 months. BEWARE ... check BBB!

I have to be connected to Wi-Fi for to even load. Even then it takes forever. I use to use this app all the time but I just wanna uninstall it now.

I reloaded this app. Before the app was good but now the app will not work at all. When I try to login to the app the app will say "that the site is temporarily shutdown please try again later" and this has be happening for the last 2 to 3 days. FIX THE DARN APP.

Great in the beginning but my last 3 orders couldn't be filled because the deal with the supplier "fell through" fighting and fighting for refund and all you get is store credit for crap your never gonna get anyways. Third time never receiving my order. Never again!

COMPANY SHUT DOWN FOR FRAUD. DO NOT BOTHER! I was a loyal customer of both NoMoreRack and Choxi. While quality was never the best, you got what you paid for. I ordered products in May. After 3 weeks of not receiving any items or change in status on the shopping online, I emailed customer service. I basically got an automated reply saying they are at the mercy of their manufacturers but will contact them and notify me of when I can expect my items. After another week of no contact I email again requesting an update. I go back and forth with customer service for 2 months and I'm told the some items are no longer in stock and they would need to credit my account. I canceled the rest of my order but all I received was credit in my account. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SHIP ANYTHING. My credit card company has opened an investigation into them and credited my card. Such a hassle.

Has the site closed down? I reinstalled the app and get an error message. Same message when I go directly to the site. I'm sad if it's not active any more.

Ordered on 03/26/2016 site canceled on 05/05/2016 got refund ordered something else on 05/06/2016 now it's 06/01/2016 no shipping info yet shop somewhere else bad bad app

Ordered stuff in June and July that I still have not received, but it's easy to get your money back just dispute the charge with your bank. I have Chase and got my money back in 12 hours.

When it was No More Rack I loved this site. Since it has changed names, it went down hill very fast. Please do not buy from this site. They won't return calls and they have scammed out of money.

Used to be a great app that updated frequently with new items and events, now it seems the same items are always there, never new events. The app or company itself seems to be slacking

I've ordered several items at an awesome price. They were delivered w/no damage and on time. Also, the merchandise met my standards on what I was buying!

Used to be better when it was nomorerack, choxi ruined it. Can't back out of a product without starting all over from main menu, everything about the experience in frustrating

I've used it when it was NoMoreRack and from what I can see it's no better maybe worse than it was before not to mention my credit card number was stolen from somebody that works for the company. I would recommend not using it

Last Winter I bought a pair of Dawgs boots for $19.00 Now they are $39.99! What the heck happened to bargain prices? I won't be purchasing anything from Choxi. I'm uninstallling this app ASAP!

I have gotten, men's shoes, Bluetooth headset and tablet. All came fast and were as advertised

I loved this site when it was nomorerack, but ever since choxi took over the prices are outrageous compared to what they were and the selection is horrible.

I have the confirmation # and receipt from my order. Now it's telling me, I didn't order anything. WTF. I'm a single Mom. I can't afford for this to happen to me.

The very best online store. They have all you want or need w/I any problems. Try it you'll like it!!
